No
UConn could put a solid team together.
1200-Mario Mastroiani- 2:58??
400-William Ventura- 46.63
800-Stephen Sutton- 1:49.77
1600-Eric Van Der Els- 3:58.76
9:33 give or take my estimate with the 1200 leg.
That isn't qualifying.

Why do teams always keep DMR qualifying to last weekend?
That team sounds so slow lol
for the men 9:25 will be the 12th time
01) 9:19 Ole Miss (Alex Wilson Projection)
02) 9:21 Washington
03) 9:22 Texas (Alex Wilson Projection)
04) 9:22 Alabama
05) 9:22 Notre Dame (Alex Wilson Projection)
06) 9:22 OK State
07) 9:23 Wisconsin (Alex Wilson Projection)
08) 9:24 Iowa State
09) 9:24 Princeton (Alex Wilson Projection)
10) 9:24 Arkansas
11) 9:25 Georgetown (Big East Champs Projection)
12) 9:25 Virginia Tech
Outside Looking In....
9:25 NAU (Big Sky Champs Projection)
9:27 Michigan (Alex Wilson Projection)
9:27 Villanova (Big East Champs Projection)
9:28 Oregon (Pac-12 Invite Projection)
9:29 Washington St. (Pac-12 Invite Projection)
9:30 Virginia
9:30 Missouri
9:30 Duke
9:31 North Carolina
9:32 Stanford (Alex Wilson Projection)
For the women looks like 13 teams 11:00 or faster - AR, VT, BYU, WA, MISS, ND, UT, MI, NC ST, KY, UVA, OSU, then FL (11:01), UNC (11:02).
ND beats umiss trolls. 7 teams under 9:24.
7 men’s teams under 9:24 at Alex Wilson led by Notre Dame at 921.79. Nuguse “only” ran a 3:54. Looks like they were in the lead when he got the baton. No Jacobs for ND so looks like he will be doing the 5k at Nats.

MSU 9:27 with Beadlescomb "only" 3:55.6 leaving them short it looks like. Down 4 seconds to ND with Nuguse getting the baton not a good recipe.
So you have to be under 9:25 for Nats.

Hmm MSU may sneak in, big gap between 9:25 and OR at 9:31. Only 1 at 9:26 at JDL. Going to be close
9:24 is 12th.
Who cares. There are 16 other events contested at NCAA's. The DMR ran literally twice a year.
Where are folks getting the splits from, I see two numbers in the results, but making no sense of those?
Actually looks like I can make sense of the last split, but they are not under right names, never seen them listed like this?

The track is ~322 meters long, (i.e 1/5 mile). They probably only had the timing device at the finish line, so they combined the first 3 legs into the first split and then had a second split for the last mile. Basically, the first 3 legs start at random parts of the track, so there were no official splits.
And , that explains everything, LOL. Thank you
