I wonder how much money Sowinski has made off of being a pacer. He seems to do it all the time

Why are all these us olympians running this so close to the trails?
I don't think there are any trails near the Monaco stadium.
Lol
But really, of you’re looking for a hill-climb trail, you can can go over to Eze-sur-Mer and do Nietzsche’s Walk. I have “run” it a bunch of times. That might actually be where, and how, I will ultimately die. Could be worse!

What you have to look at is travel and where they will be based for the next 4 to 5 weeks. Flying across the world then back home then back to Japan that is taxing. Probably more beneficial to race somewhere 7 to 10 days before the heats start. The US distance runners should get a couple good weeks in then start tapering again
The past 5/6 takes i've seen from you have been hilarious keep it up.

He most likely will take them from 800-1100 tho, so it's not that bad. Sowinski is more reliable from what I've seen in his pacing jobs
Great start list (of course).
But disappointed not to see Hocker in 1500m and Mu in 800m
Usually US champions get a start in Monaco (talking about Hocker only here as Mu doesn’t needs any special favour)
We would finally see if Hocker > Jakob
...and we would see how fast Mu could go with a rabbit (sub 1:55???)
If it’s a fast race it will be interesting to see if she can stay with the leaders to end. If so a like PB for Purrier. If it’s slow pace we will see how her kick stacks up to the world’s best.
In a fast race from the beginning I think she get 3:56 and places 3rd in this group.
Where is GDS??? Starting to get panicked over here. Silent on social media too. Is she injured or a relapse of Graves?

Tim has actually been much more consistent than the doper Asbel Kiprop was. Silas Kiplagat was the better circuit runner. Tim barely ever lost between the 2016 Olympics and this year's Kenyan Olympic trials.
Here you go:
Asbel Kiprop

Timothy Cheruiyot

Eh? He's a convicted doper.
Doping apologists really starting to take over the board of late. Worst thing is they are actually from Africa. Previously it was mostly white suburban middle-aged hobby joggers with a weird passion for watching rocket fuelled Africans dominate, or trolls paid by the Russians or Aden to spread the idea that 'everybody dopes (especially the Brits)'. Now it's the real deal hard-core Morrocans and such. Even El K denied that Kenyans dope, and was from Basingstoke anyway. Passant openly praises Ramzi and Kiprop.
I agree that it is ridiculous, but I think it is also very cultural. Look at things like Bedrani caught in his whatsapp messages of paying for ped’s...Aden caught with preloaded syringes...the allegations of covered up tests in Ethiopia. None of these examples had consequences.
I’m most excited for the women’s 1500 - Hassan vs. Kipyegon round 2 (round 1 they both ran 3:53), plus all three of the U.S. Olympic qualifiers. I think Purrier will run 3:56 in this one.
