LOL - what? He went after a retired star cyclist (who USADA never caught with a positive test) and a 60 year old star coach but not his athletes.
Gay got off easy, Rollins literally ran away from the tester in the airport, Coleman escaped due to stupidity of the tester (starting at 8:01 instead of 7:59) and illegal warning calls, and indeed, USADA "believed" the lame excuses of the athletes you named.
USADA should be called non-compliant and punished just for the Coleman/Simpson cases.
