I’ve been on this train for weeks. Nuguse will make the Olympic team, and Hocker will too. Centro is cooked.

How did this guy run so fast? He wasn’t raised in Africa where they run fast because life is so hard?
The ACC also apparently thinks Josh Kerr was the ACR holder lol, despite Josh not being American. Everyone who’s anyone knows it was the Merb. Did they think that because Josh is white?

I’m sorry, but I can’t get over the fact that the young version of Bubbles from the Wire time traveled into the future to set the running world on fire. And will presumably time travel back to late 90’s Baltimore and get addicted to crack.

Another great performance by the super shoes.
Now that is one of the best performances in the distances in NCAA history in that he goes out solo in the ACC prelims with no one close to him 41.46 for 300m, basically like a Monaco pacer for Cheruiyot, and then has the strength to hold on for three sub 58s after that for a sub 3:35, hitting the Olympic standard and being one of the rare NCAA performances in-season to break 3:35. In fact, I think that through the '90s, the '00s and some of the 2010s, as late as Josh Kerr(?), the NCAA in season record was 3:35.xx. Just very impressive. Hard not to think that he is going to be top three at trials and a real threat to win.
Wow, Rawson had no idea what be was watching. Just no clue that he was deliberately going after the OG standard and then no clue that he achieved it.
Why aren’t these networks hiring Merbrr to commentate?
So, that is the NCAA (in-season) record! Incredible.
Welcome to the bandwagon!
My brother in law looks like Bubbles. I don't see it in Yared, but thanks for reminding about THE BEST SHOW OF ALL TIME
Rojo is right, like always.
I think that the thinking here was that this was his last chance to run the standard before the Trials without having to chase a race between NCAA and Trials, which would be counterproductive. So, they choose this low pressure event to do it. They realized after his last 1500m that he was in great shape so this was the time for it. Very smart.
LOL thanks for the props Rojo but it wasn't me who was recording it haha. I just found it on instagram.

This is the worst written paragraph that I’ve ever read on this website. I’ve been here since 2002.

In complete violation of the contract that ND has with Under Armour. Carlson and Sparks have been in violation of that for years.

WTF? All black people do look alike. These two do not resemble each other at all.
Thanks for sharing!
What an incredible effort by Yared.
Fully on the Nuguse bandwagon!!!
It’s looking like XC instead of indoors was the right call. Kudos to the Notre Dame coaching staff for sticking to their plan.
