Not expecting anything, especially on a flat 200 track. After dealing with injury issues, false rumors of surgery and the nattering naboobs of negativism that have predicted gloom and doom since she was a sophomore in high school. the important thing is that she is healthy enough to run a college race.
Not sure why be interested in the college debut of one of the most storied high school runners in the sport is so unusual. NCAA running on the womens' side is not favorable to true freshmen, and there is a significant between 18 year old freshman and 20+ upper classmen. So I am not expecting anything this year.
Given how many people have predicted doom, even the New York Times, it would be great to see her win the NCAAs one day. But that cannot be predicted.
