Not true, Dubose. I have pointed out the donkey dong motions as well as the ones with merit. It was I who first pointed out the dong motions by Trump in the bathroom subpoena case. That was all dongs in that case. The whole case was a giant focking dong.
Dear Mr/Mrs C Flusher,
Thank you for your diligent work in following and faithfully summarizing relevant legal news. It is greatly appreciated. In regards to your latest summary, please humor me by considering my humble thoughts.
Regarding 1st motion to dismiss based on free speech: Speech is limited if done as part of a criminal conspiracy. Could defendant Trump claim 'free speech' for telling a flunky to murder someone? Clearly not.
Regarding 1st motion part 2 based on double jeopardy because of the prior impeachment in the US House: If defendant Trump had murdered someone on 5th Avenue in New York, he would have surely been impeached and likely removed. In either case should he then be immune from criminal prosecution? Clearly not.
Regarding 2nd motion to dismiss based on no allegation of deceit or trickery: Trump was lying about his loss in the election. He had no evidence suitable to present in court for his lie, but he continued to repeat it. That is deceit.
Regarding 3rd motion, to strike allegations about the Jan 6 riots because defendant was not charged with incitement: Is that charge even necessary for a Georgia RICO case? Also, I suspect that the defendant could still be charged with incitement if it was necessary.
Regarding 4th motion: YES defendant is a special magic unicorn! Not a king. An actual forking uni-tary-executive-corn!
I am not a lawyer, merely a humble fan of this prosecution.
Sincerely,
Mrs Henry Lafayette Dubose
I haven't had time to read it all yet (it's voluminous stuff), much less try to understand it all. But the only frivolous one to me so far is the motion on selective and vindictive prosecution. They wrote that one for airplay on Tucker's new show.
I assume your rhetorical themes above will be along the lines of some of the ones that the prosecution uses in parts of its Response briefs. We shall see on November 7.
I’m sorry you contributed to Jenna Ellis $200,000 legal defense fund. But don’t take your anger out this message board. We told you that you were being conned.
I do regret my contributions to those legal funds and I will think twice before donating to any of the current RINOs. I could never had imagined so many rats would be among the inner circle of the fight against the steal. I truly am disappointed in my country which used to be the best place in the world (and can be again if Trump gets back into the White House). We were so much better off under Trump than under the senile blunder.
I'd write a letter to those defense funds arguing that contributions were never intended for plea-rat purposes and asking that all your money be transferred to Eastman and Giuliani's funds. Giuliani doesn't have a pot to p!ss in at this stage. He's so broke he's eating the holes out of donuts. He's so broke his food stamps bounced.
The disloyal rats and the prosecutors who coerced false statements from them should all be in adjoining cells under life sentences. Trump will get his revenge after the 2024 election and I for one will applaud their arrests and incarcerations.

Do you know President Bone Spurs is guilty and you are upset his lawyers are snitching “rats” OR are you stupid and brainwashed enough to think they ALL are lying?

The only thing you said worthwhile is that you regret contributing to some of the legal funds. The rest of it is nonsense.
Did he morph into a new username? Used to be all over threads like this.
Enjoying retirement too much. I'm not tied down to a computer like I used to be. Besides, the justice system has Trump in its sights. I'll stay mostly on the sidelines until the hammer comes down.
Cohen is the supreme weasel. What a horrible human being.
He's a convicted felon. He does a lot of drugs.
Jenna Ellis won't add much for the prosecution. She is mentally challenged. Very low IQ. She is confused a lot. Her allocution was basically an admission of mental retardation. The prosecution can't put her on the stand to testify against others because she will just get all confused and fvck it up.
None of these rat-flippers can possess firearms during their probation period. I think they can still drink, though. Be tough having some beers and not be able to shoot your gun off.

Jenna Jenna Jenna. Back in 2015/2016 she referred to Trump as an idiot, and as a corrupt lying criminal dirtbag. Then worked for and supported him. Then the smiling mugshot at her criminal booking. Now fake tears as she pleads guilty, pretending to be a naive and overly trusting lawyer. 'Boo hoo I listened to older lawyers and didn't do my due diligence'. She joins Trump as being a corrupt lying criminal dirtbag.
Court-confirmed rapist and fraudster criminal defendant Donald tampered with a witness yesterday in a post about Mark Meadows. Regardless of whether or not his DC gag order is in effect, witness tampering is a violation of his terms of release in DC. Lock him up. No kings.
MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas reports on Donald Trump’s witness tampering of Mark Meadows, Sidney Powell, and Anthony Pratt and why he needs to be remanded i...
Trump appears to be calling FAKE NEWS on the Meadows story. According to Trump, only "weaklings and cowards" would make an immunity deal with federal prosecutors like the one ABC News reported, and Trump says Meadows is not such a person.
Can we believe ABC News and its un-identified source? I'm not aware of Meadows publicly disputing the ABC News story. So that's a bit of confirmation. You'd think he'd want to get out in front of it, before Trump sics the Magalites on him. Those guys will FVCK your sh!t up if they get the notion.
Of course trump is crying fake news. It is fascism 101. "Only I can be trusted. Everything else is a lie. Don't believe the facts!"
All these plea deals are becoming frustrating. Meadows was a top inside man who helped coordinate Jan 6. He wasn't just "in the room", he was a strategist in a plan to overthrow the US Government. He should go to prison for treason. The 3 lawyers who pled guilty so far in GA got off too easy also. Eventually, somebody better go to jail for all this lying, cheating and stealing. They can't keep throwing back the "almost top" fish to get #1 because that could backfire and nobody really gets punished. It will only embolden the next attempt.
Jan 6 prosecution has done a better job. Hundreds have gone to jail and hundreds more have pled guilty. The top people were convicted on seditious conspiracy and got more than a decade in prison. This is a massive deterrent for the next crop of morons who think breaking into the Capital for a cult is a good idea. White nationalist type organizations won't directly attack the government again any time soon.
Meadows, Trump, lawyers, advisors, his kids, are all even more culpable than those convicted of seditious conspiracy. The prosecutors can't let these people walk. Not if we want to continue to live in a democracy.
$10,000 fine for a second violation of the gag order.
Yes, I know that he doesn't care about ten grand, but eventually this is going to escalate, like it should for any defendant. The rest of us would spend a night or two in jail. He might as well.
