You can still make plans
All big names in the final 3:33:05 to make the final. No sit and kick anymore
If it's over 3:28 then Hobbs and Hocker are big threats to steal
That looked kinda hard for Hobbs but he ran a great race tactically! I was worried he was boxed in but he made a beautiful move at the bell to move into position after sitting on the rail the whole race. Nuguse also looking wonderful, and Cheruiyot looking surprisingly rough, but I think he'll run better in the final.

Great effort by Kessler in a tight, fast, jostling group--avoided getting boxed and kept his place and composure.
Really? I thought he struggled slightly. I mean, he was obviously ok, but it was nothing like as comfortable. He was working,
He clearly likes to hug the rail and see if anything opens on the home straight.
Is a US medal in the 1500 guaranteed?

Calling it now, Gourley sitting on Jakob until 200 to go, kicks past for 3 in a row Ls to Scotland
To echo everyone else… Tuesday’s 1500 final will be the clash of our age.
The strength of the US men has been a pleasant surprise.
On the other hand the US women will not medal in the 800m.
The playing field is simply more equal for men than the women.
Man this is the best US men 1500 team I’ve ever seen. Nuguse and Kessler looking really good. All 3 Americans ran beautifully in the semis. This final is going to be INSANE.
All three of our guys looked strong and held their form through the tape. This final is going to be rip roaring fast, I have a hunch all three will dip below 3:30…

Good! No more 3:45 medals.
Nuguse 3:31 from the front. Which shouldn't be that surprising considering he ran a 3:43 mile last year and 3:30 from the front at the trials this year. Now it'll be interesting see how his tactics change for the final.
What will it take for Hocker to not be underrated? Will a gold medal do it?
Hocker looked every bit as good as Kerr in that semi.
I think final goes Jakob, Hocker, Kerr.
Yared just soloed a 3:31 and made it look easy

When was the last time American sent 3/3 to a global final?
Men's 10K, a couple of nights ago.
