For those interested, this video is a pretty good rundown of most of Trump's many lawyers and their relative level of skill. As pretty much anyone paying attention to Trump's lawsuits knows, he hires a lot of really dopey and/or whacko lawyers. But there are a few diamonds in the muff.
It's long -- 22 minutes -- but seems to go quickly, and is a pretty good reference glossary for all the names appearing in all these prominent Trump criminal and civil lawsuits.
Does this guy only focus on DJT's personal lawyers? I'd be much more interested to hear people opine about the White House Lawyers January 20th 2017-2021. Did they decline in quality generally, and as a result, ease entry into the White House by these same whackos - as in the case of Sidney Powell?

It doesn't discuss White House lawyers like Herschmann or Cipollone.
And the grades are relative at the end of the scale when he gives Chesebro and Eastman, etc. an F. Those guys were good, highly respected lawyers once, before they decided to become felons.
You could be right, but I think it's more likely that Fani had all of her ducks in a row before she went to the grand jury. Her office spent a long time on this stuff before pulling the trigger.
Either way, Chesebro is coming out of this a felon (at least for a while).
3. He thinks Georgia agreed to the plea deal because they were not ready for trial. I tend to agree with him there. More of the defendants are probably wishing they had gone for a quick trial now, because it looks like they missed out on sweet deals.
I don't agree with him at all. If that were the case why did HE take the deal and not just take it to trial for the win.
It appears GA has their ducks in a row in this situation.
A) Go to trial and almost certainly lose and get at least the minimum jail time for the crime, but likely more time due to the severity of the treasonous crime.
Or
B) Take the plea deal where he is still convicted but walks away a free man and just has to tell the truth under oath at a later date (Trump's trial).
It’s been said many times. Trumpism is not an indictment of how bad Trump is. That has always been known. Trumpism is a public indictment of the intelligence, morality and gullibility of US voters. The post above is proof of that.
I'm sorry I don't follow, are you agreeing or disagreeing with me?
Ok, this post confirms that your previous post (that I also thought was real) was a troll.
Trumpers are putting out such crazy stuff it's very hard to discriminate between crazy cult and simple troll.
Many in the cult actually believe Trump is a good godly man. (They still think he won in 2016 too.)
One well known poster's response here to all these former employees of Trump (William Barr, John Kelly and many others) telling the truth about is not that Trump is really a slime ball, it's that they are not loyal enough to him.

Willis is doing a masterful job. These two did get off extremely lightly considering the damage they did to the country. So why did Willis let them off the hook? A few good reasons:
(1) They had very good information to help convict Trump and maybe Meadows.(2) This deal might entice others to accept a plea deal (3) So she could focus more on the other convictions
(4) But major reason and it's a hugely important reason to serve justice by undoing all the damage that was done by the lie and attempted coup. Only through a clear communicating confession to people, by those participating in the lie, might some people fully understand how they were conned and swindled.
This might restore some confidence back into democracy and get the country back in the right direction of honest elections.
1. The Muslim ban that made his xenophobic evangelical base giddy.
2. Build the wall! How could anyone be against a border wall after Trump and Fox convincedIIf the base that all these disease ridden non-white people, rapists the causes of all societal ills? They are coming to get your wives and daughters!!!
3. America first!! Tell all your allies to go to hell and Make Brutal oppressive dictators great again!
4. Family separation policy. Make immigrants think twice about crossing over here for a better life. Scumbags!
5. Bust up all environmental controls! Business first. To hell with ecosystems damnit.
6. Billionaires tax cut! They didn’t even pretend it was about trickle down economics this time. And the base ate it up and thought it was good for them.
7. And who could forget that comforting strong leadership through the epidemic?
those policies make up for the criminality twenty fold!
There has never been anyone with skills like Trump managing the Worlds affairs. It’s fatally obvious. The World needs him back, not just Americans, but kids all over the World want to be safe. Live in Peace. At least #mag^ can rest, assured they had nothing to do with this. Unfortunately, this only gets worse unless they allow The People to truly speak 11/24. The folks putting these people in power are as useless to peace as those in power.
There were more mass shootings in America under Trump than under any President in recorded history. In fact 2019 is the single worst year for mass shootings in the US, EVER.

The Senate is offering safety tips and reminders amid an "increase" in crime throughout D.C. and a series of violent attacks against lawmakers and Capitol Hill staffers.
You guys still don't get it all. Please find an adult to explain it to you.
The major concern was not about people getting hurt (yes a concern but not the major one). The reason why this was such a huge deal was that the certification of the vote, due to intimidation and threat of violence, was almost prevented from happening. This would have resulted in Trump stopping the process and his sending it back to states where he could be appointed president.
The stolen election would have been complete. Can you now understand why this was such a threat to our democracy and our this country?
Lead bimbo Jenna Ellis on Georgia Fake Electors case pleads out. Pretty weird decision to provide that statement (allocute?) in court. Did god want her to do that, or does she think the Colorado state bar might like it?
She's admitting to a LOT of lies and false statements that were recited into the record, including false statements in other jurisdictions.

Trump filed four motions yesterday in the Fake Electors case. In addition to the presidential immunity motion filed earlier, he filed:
1. Motion to dismiss because (1) everything Trump said or did was free speech under First Amendment, and (2) his acquittal in the US Senate bars prosecution elsewhere under Impeachment clause and under Double Jeopardy
2. Motion to dismiss because (1) the Indictment does not allege deceit or trickery as required for "defraud" under 18 USC 371 and similarly, there are no allegations of obstruction or interference, (2) the Indictment does not allege an obstruction or interference with official proceeding by Trump and (3) because Trump never had required notice he was violating 18 USC 241 (the civil rights act)
3. Motion to strike all allegations in the Indictment about the Capitol Riots on 1/6/21 as irrelevant and inflammatory because Trump was not charged with incitement
4. Motion to dismiss for selective and vindictive prosecution because no one else has been busted for this sh!t before, and everyone is out to get him
Docket for United States v. TRUMP, 1:23-cr-00257 — Brought to you by Free Law Project, a non-profit dedicated to creating high quality open legal information.
This is an enormous effort by Trump's lawyers, and a mind-blowing amount of work for the judge. And the prosecution -- the opposition briefs are due November 7.
Sniffer of Rudy's farts... that's all we need to know
Has the CDC ever made a firm ruling on fart transmit via flatulence among M@GA loyalists?
Do you really not know that the word is "transmittal?" Please quit posting here until you have an education. You sound like an idiot. And I say that kindly.
