Today's workout: 4 x mile on the course at Franklin Park. First and last miles were the (fairly flat) first and last miles of the course; the middle two were both on the second mile of the course which has a sizeable hill. Times were 4:59, 5:10, 5:09, and 4:56. 10 minutes jog recovery in between each; around 1 mile warmup and two miles cooldown, with 3x200m strides afterwards.
