Whoa! Great time! And a national record. Right?
Definitely the clean national record. Awesome run Nikki!!
That was my point - clearly the downvoters believe Houlihan only started cheating post the sub 3.55 ^^

No way should Elle double at the Olympics.
Which one should she not do?

Mike Smith Elite does it again - best usa distance training group?
His pro runners really seem to perform in these big events
Sinclair might still make it if ESP decides not to double, right? Has she given any indication that she's committed to both?

unbelievably fast race #2 #3 and #4 ALL TIME US HISTORY
They would of broken the USA record if they all ate some burritos beforehand!

Say what you want about Hiltz; she runs faster than 99.999% of you. Even after dealing with the constant bashing.
"She"
Is Hiltz doping?

ESP is 100% the best in that field. she might have a 3:53 or 3:54 if someone gives her the free ride she just gave to everyone else.
Please. A few serconds slower and she would have finished off the podium entirely.
Proving again that leading the entire race is not a good strategy to win unless you are 2s faster…Boy what a run by MacKay who didn’t even have a great trip. Nikki of course ran perfect tactically and was the only one who had anything left. Tough for Sinclaire/Cory/Helen/Elise/Heather who all ran great but miss out.
Ran so so so well tactically too which might get overlooked, found space on the rail after a hot pace, didn't over-react to the Mackay move, brilliant run, can't wait to see them in Paris.

6 girls under 12.4. Holy mother.
12.25 ties the 7th best mark ever. 12.31 also tied for 24th ever. Crazy deep.
Oh. My. F***ing God. What did I just watch?
I knew Nikki was in good shape, but 3:55-low? Are you kidding me?
I thought maybe she could dip under 58.
THREE girls under 56. The whole sport is radically transforming before our eyes --esp for the women.
Potential WR in the mens 400 hurdles

She’s doing the 1,500. On fresh legs, she wins today. Also much closer to a medal place in the 1,500 as opposed to the 5,000.
Gutted for Heather, looks like she super locked up last 100
Nikki Hiltz YOU ARE AN OLYMPIAN. 7 U.S. finals and FINALLY this is your moment. No matter what transphobic and hateful sh!t these trolls throw your way - you rise above it all. Legit medal threat in Paris after that race.
Downvote this all you want. Nikki has had to deal with so much negativity and hate in their life. For simply trying to live life as themselves. So proud of you.

And Elle is pissed.

She?
Yeah but who cares? We all know who is the best and that is ESP. The rest of the runners are pussies for sitting back
