The 3.7 he had was his Columbia grades exclusively and his Occidental grades were lower and bottomed out his GPA. That would make what I said, that he “graduated with a 3.7,” incorrect, but I do believe he had a 3.7 cumulatively at Columbia. That would show a strong upward trend which is good in admissions. This is from Barack himself, so I imagine the next thing you guys will say is that he probably lied about it.
Thanks for the follow-up. FYI - I think all of your posts are really good.
I appreciate your kind words but let’s be real, some of my posts are trash

He didn't graduate with honors from Columbia so he couldn't have had a 3.7.
His overall GPA could be dragged down by Occidental grades. If he had a 2.5 at Occidental, it would average out below the honors cutoff. And we know he partied at Occidental.

Republicans roar into 2023 riding their crime wave.
Kim Phuong Taylor was arrested Thursday and accused of multiple counts of voter fraud. Prosecutors say Taylor cast 23 fraudulent votes for her husband in the 2020 election. Jeremy Taylor, her husband, is an elected Republican. The wife of an Iowa Republican who ran for Congress in 2020 was arrested Thursday and accused of casting 23 fraudulent votes for her husband. In an 11-page indictment, prosecutors say Kim Phuong Taylor "visited numerous households within the Vietnamese community in Woodbury County" where she collected absentee ballots for people who were not present at the time. Taylor, who was born in Vietnam, then filled out and cast those ballots herself, the indictment alleges, "causing the casting of votes in the names of residents who had no knowledge of and had not consented to the casting of their ballots."

Will Saletan @saletan A member of Wisconsin's "election integrity" panel wrote an email saying Republicans "can be especially proud" of Milwaukee "casting 37,000 less votes" than in 2018, "with the major reduction" in "Black and Hispanic areas."

Can we replace all our Republicans with immigrants? We need to get serious about reducing the crime rate in this country.
A former upstate New York election official pleaded guilty on Wednesday to federal identity theft charges arising from his fraudulent use of voters’ personal information to apply for a dozen absentee ballots in 2021. In entering his plea in U.S. District Court in Albany, the former official,[b]Jason Schofield, admitted to requesting the bogus ballots through a state website in his role as the Republican election commissioner in Rensselaer County, [/b}federal prosecutors said in a news release. Mr. Schofield’s guilty plea is part of a broader federal inquiry into potential ballot fraud across Rensselaer County, just east of Albany.
you mean thanks Joe for keeping the inflation rate in the US so much lower than in our peer nations, right? Plus our stronger economic growth and lower unemployment rate!

First, stop killing your own party members. That’s an important one, Republicans. I don’t want to be governed by a group that kills its own people for…for…better TV ratings?
In 2018 and the early parts of 2020, excess death rates for Republicans and Democrats are similar, and centered around zero,” the study said. “Both groups experienced a similar large spike in excess deaths in the winter of 2020-2021.
However, in the summer of 2021—after vaccines were widely available—the Republican excess death rate rose to nearly double that of Democrats, and this gap widened further in the winter of 2021.”
