They could have busted Giuliani for a lot more. They could have really brought the wrench down on him. He was drunk throughout the election cycle, yet giving legal advice on matters of certified national importance to the most important person in America (D. Trump). In being drunk, Giuliani violated his Socratic oath which is sacrosanct as duces tecum initio testificandum.
He was also drunk and disorderly in violation of several state and local statutes, intoxicated on secured federal property, and provided drunken services to the federal executive. Yet none of this was criminally referred by the committee? There were many witnesses to Giuliani's misdemeanors and felonies (Miller, Pompeii, Hicks, Schlossinger, Bundt, Stone, etc.). The committee just wants to ignore it?
