Directathletics.com has the entries, not sure about heat sheets.
You're the plug my man. Too bad you can't see the ecac entries or there'd be a much fuller picture. Shout out to the Oles for not sending people to Point this weekend and the U two weekends ago.
The real question here is, will Paul Escher run the mile or the 5K at St Olaf? Whichever he chooses, I think he'll win them both.
Anyone at Olaf with results/news from the meet?

I know he's no doubt the fastest athlete by a light year in both of those events, but if he just chooses one, he can't win both.

DMR was fast. 3k was good. Eggers ran a 4:11 in the mile? No 5k. No Frederickson and the 800 wasn't very quick.

I know this is the MIAC page, but what's up with LaMere not going to nats? Did I miss something here?
Hasn't raced since running the 5k at Iowa State. Injury is what I would assume. Severity is very much in the air. Anyone here have a connect who might have seen the guy in a boot or something?
WHO'S READY FOR OUTDOOR?
PSA: Joe Coffey looks like the lead singer of Nickelback
That is all.
Good luck to everyone competing at nationals!
Could some UST guy update when they fix your sh*tter doors? Thanks.
Did anyone else notice that the MIAC Champs scored 0 points at nationals? or is it just me?
How come they keep winning? It doesn't seem right.
My dark horse is David Huffman from Bethel. HUGE turnout with a 1:57 800m to start off the outdoor season and I only see him getting better from here, putting him in the mix to grab one of the top three spots at conference.

This is just embarassing.
We are returning two 1:51 and 1:52 800m runners, and about 5 other guys capable of going under 1:55.. It would be very difficult to place top 3 at conference this season.

Oh, and it is simple Sheer numbers of athletes. This helps indoors especially, when additional events are added with the 600m and the 1000m. That spreads everyone else thin, while they have enough athletes to have an average of 4 per event.
They honestly might have only won one event at conference, but they placed 3rd, 5th, and 7th in every event. Oh, and their long and triple jumpers save them every dang time.
darkh0rse, here's a list of guy who will almost certainly run the 800 at conference.
Evan Hatton BET
Kyle Frederickson GUS
Brandon Krogman SMU
Matthew Lillehaugen CCM
Issac Krause HAM
Donson Cook-Gallardo CAR
Allen Michael - Burback UST
Ben Withbroe CAR
Jacob Eggers STO
Sean Bjork STO
7 of these guys were in the final last year. 1 other is the clear favorite. 1 other is a nationally ranked miler. The last one is Frederickson, who ran the 2nd fastest time indoors this year.
So out of these 10, which EIGHT are your dark horse going to beat in your pipe dream?
