Coach Smith is the best coach in the country, he prepares them to peak at nationals.

Colin Sahlman now a national champion. Tough day.
What an incredible race. That was so much fun.
Wake in 5th? Not bad, ACC represent.

BYU's top 7 are all-Americans. That is some insane depth
They had 4

Amazing race. Special one for NAU
The dynasty continues. Just saw Abdi Nur in the crowd celebrating for his boys.
I got zero exact matches in top 10 places, but I did correctly call 7 of the top 10 at least.
1. (4) Charles Hicks
2. (1) Nico Young
3. (6) Drew Bosley
4. (8) Dylan Jacobs
5. (3) Alex Maier
8. (5) Isai Rodriguez
10. (7) Ky Robinson
11. (10) Parker Wolfe
Oof:
65. (9) Nickolas Scudder
66. (2) Victor Kiprop
Should’ve had Bosley speaking for NAU.

What exactly is he going to run in Paris 24?
The 10K? Have you seen Great Britian's distance runners since Farah? He will easily make the team
So he has time to meet the standard then. Looks like he needs to drop 30 seconds from what I think is his 10k PR of 27:40.
1.) The NCAA tiebreaker for Cross-Country is so stupid.
2.) I am so sick and tired of watching NAU win.
De frankenberg ftw
Katelyn Tuohy 7 min interview...(53) No. 1 NC State championship team interview - YouTube
that'd be a dumb decision. a Stanford degree actually means something, and you'd be throwing it away to go pro early.
NAU athletes, on the other hand, are in a glorified high school.

Both races were really awesome today; NCAA XC is the best day of the year and this one didn't disappoint.

I am curious to see how Syracuse does in the next four to five years, wink wink nudge nudge.
Lovejoy is in the mix for the top 2

Looks like NAU can thank Hasty -- he moved up 10 spots in the end, making up for Kusche's slight fade. Prosser moved up 3 too, great team performance. Too bad Colin couldn't deliver, but I'm sure he'll have a good track season.
(one of the) best high schoolers ever comes in 100th, call him lukas verzbicas
Lukas got thrown in the deep end right off the bat. He was nowhere prepared to run at the collegiate level when he arrived at Oregon. I saw him at PAC12’s in Arizona, looked very sad but it wasn’t his fault. He should have been red-shirted. Perhaps Oregon has learned it’s lesson by not throwing Reinhardt Harrison under the bus.
