Trump will be president again, the precedent set here will apply to Biden and he won't be in a position to be president again to make his problems go away. Biden should make this stop now. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Does he want to die in jail or at his beach house in Delaware?
To the point of the thread, though, even if Biden IS guilty of using his position to enrich himself financially, is this comparable to lying in order to stop the peaceful transfer of Presidential power and setting in train everything that has followed from it (including the targeting or private citizens for harassment, including threats of death)?
I mean, how much money could Biden have actually taken from anyone stupid enough to give it to him, thinking he's going to "make it rain" for them? And what he's accused of is very close to what amounts to just being lobbied in return for a campaign contribution in the US system. It's unethical, but so is lots of what's legal in US politics today. It's probably this, rather than the fact that people don't believe it, that has people so nonplussed about these accusations against Biden.
In other words, even if all of the far right's fantasies about Biden are true, Trump and Trumpism are by far worse for the country. Sound familiar?
Here's yet another problem with this fascist: Sometimes he pretends as if he believes Trump is guilty of most or all of what he's accused of, and that what he's really upset about (on behalf of all the "non-Democrats" out there) is the hypocrisy of Trump being prosecuted and not Biden. But other times, when confronted with the difference between what Trump stands accused of and what the far right is accusing Biden of, he reverts to his ACTUAL position, which is that Trump isn't really guilty of anything.
This guy isn't stupid, but he is incredibly intellectually dishonest. Turns out he's also a little bit ingenue in his outrage against Biden, for all his cynicism hard-ass posturing.
Do you honestly think Trump believes he lost the election fairly?
You can't possibly believe that.
You are a moron. This stupid comment from you shows how little you know about everything. Stupid ass.
It is very rare to find a Republican without fear of Trumps neckbeard, mouth breather base.
Gov. Brian Kemp rejects the idea of calling a special session to oust Fani Willis, and criticizes Trump and his allies for pushing it: “The bottom line is that in the state of Georgia, as long as I'm governor, we're going to follow the law and the Constitution.”

As someone who appreciates Andrew Luck’s intellect generally, his missives home from the front, and his decision to protect his health, I shall not abide the calumny you heap upon any neckbeard within our borders!

It will be impossible for Trump to be president again, because of Trump's own precedent that he set. I know you guys don't believe this, but if Joe Biden and the Dems find that Biden is behind after the election is tallied up, they are going to have someone hand Kamala Harris some alternate electoral certificates (certificates of ascertainment) on January 5, 2025, and she will decide which ones to count. It is highly unlikely she will chose the ones for Trump. This election is a done deal.
No matter how many vicious lies and attacks they throw our way, President Trump will NEVER SURRENDER our great country to the Left’s tyranny! But the Democrats will spend billions and billions of dollars to try and stop our movement, and we’re counting on YOUR support to finish what we started. Together, we will DISMANTLE the Deep State, WIN BACK the White House, and SAVE AMERICA in 2024! Please consider completing your contribution today. Thank you!

You can't possibly believe that.
Trump's subjective state of mind is irrelevant. A criminal prosecution doesn't have to do the impossible. In any case, there will be evidence that Trump did know what every other sane adult knows -- that he lost a fair and legitimate election. Testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson, Mark Meadows and John Ratcliffe for starters. Probably more.
Do you honestly think that Trump believes he lost a US national election watched all over the world because of some impossible Deep State/Democrat/Biden/Soros/Boogeyman conspiracy that somehow rigged hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) of votes, while remaining completely unseen and undetected by anyone and leaving not one shred of evidence, and FURTHER while (1) Republicans investigated all his claims of voter fraud and told him they were bogus, and (2) his trusted Republican advisors all told him the claims of voter fraud were "crazy" and "bullshift"?
You can't possibly believe that. No one could be that naive as to believe that.

The claims of fraud were neither crazy or bulsh!t, Millions of mail in ballots that should never been allowed to be cast wer counted and most went to the senile blunder. The election should not have been held under the circumstances that allowed all of those unsupervised votes to be cast. It should have been delayed until fair and precedented circumstances returned.

It is going to be quite a challenge to prove Trump believed he won. (Not that they need to). Especially since his coconspirators plans to claim election fraud started as much as 12 months before the election.
You have to remember that jurors given sound legal instructions are infinitely smarter than Trumpers on this message board.

And Trump will NEVER take the stand, so it's going to be really difficult to get his fake beliefs into evidence. All the whackjobs and liars, like Giuliani or Eastman, who could possibly testify "yeah, somehow he seemed to truly believe this bulls!t" have already pled the Fifth (i.e., admitted they are guilty liars), so that fake evidence never gets in either.
There are ways that Trump can get acquitted in the Fake Electors trial, but claiming he truly, honestly believes the earth is flat is not one of them.

His beliefs are irrelevant. He’s being prosecuted for his crimes.
He’s actually being prosecuted because the Communists do not believe in competition during an election and they have a Black Panther doing their dirty work. There is not a single real life crime. Funny how quick people who can’t handle defeat jump to conclusions. Been making stuff up since 2016, why would anyone believe this is any different?

How does it feel to have strangers far more intelligent than you carefully (and correctly) analyzing your badly-deficient intellect and character?
I guess you like it. A lot. As*-pounded EVERY day on multiple threads. F**** weird.
Do you EVER notice that few, if any, of your fellow Trumpers get this treatment? It's just you. And it's been EXACTLY like that since you can remember, back to your earliest days of school, hasn't it? Social masochism from grade school until today. Like I said, f***** weird.
It's interesting that your homophobia comes out every time your feelings get hurt.
If you used this "as* pounding" as an insult language in front of an actual liberal audience you'd be booed off the stage and correctly labeled a bigot.
Your seething hatred for me comes purely from your shame about being called out for your stolen valor. You know it and I know it.
