This may be accurate. However, Sang has been quoted in the past about his preference for not visiting the track more than once per week, how much he values the Fartlek format for developing feel and how he believes that consistency between training cycles is very important. It's possible he made these changes in his training system but why would he change what produced 2:00 in a time trial and 2:01 in a race is what I'm wondering?
Also, as you mentioned, you are receiving this information second hand as we are now from you (someone else whose identity we do not know). We don't know the direct or secondary sources and so cannot know whether they are trustworthy. I don't know if you've ever played the game "telephone" ...
I'm just pointing out the inconsistencies I noticed from the beginning and making a case for not taking your account as gospel. All the same, I can't see a motivation for an anonymous person posting this unless they thought it was true. You've put in a lot of time and effort obviously. I'm not saying you're a fraud, I'm saying your source might be.
