Speaking of predictions, what happened with your prediction that Trump would be whisked away in handcuffs on Monday? Did you pull that out of your ass?
The annual inflation rate for the United States is 8.2% for the 12 months ended September 2022 after rising 8.3% previously, according to U.S. Labor Department data published Oct. 13. The next inflation update is scheduled fo...
Don't listen to what rags like the NY Post tell you.
Also, you shouldn't use Headline Inflation anyway due to its volatile nature. Core CPI is what to use and what people use when they reference the low inflation that Trump handed to Biden (still in raging pandemic and spending was anemic then, so artificially held low).
I am getting a tad tired of education you Trumpers today. I may take a break from that and just tell you that you're morons...because you are...every single last one of you.
If you Trumpers don't believe me, go read predictions on inflation from:
Morningstar (predicts that inflation for 2022-2026 will average 2.4%)
Just about any financial expert who mostly predict that this higher than normal period of inflation will really start to turn by April.
I didn't pull this stuff out of my ass.

Nope. Just a fun prediction that didn't come true. Instead, it appears he had a mob boss meeting on a golf course with other GOP criminals.
Fetterman is lazy POS who mooched off his parents until his late 40's, never worked a day in his life, chased a black jogger with a shotgun and dresses like a street bum. He's in poor health and cannot speak clearly. He is ducking the debate to hide just how bad his condition really is and his campaign is scamming the people of PA.
I gleaned this gem off of Dr. Burry's twitter account
"The thing about Fetterman is that aphasia is not a sign that necessarily reflects on one's cognitive ability. The thing about Biden is the ability to sometimes read a teleprompter on "good" days is not a sign one has cognitive ability."

Everything I said is factual. Here is the August CPI report from the BLS. Inflation was up 0.1% in August:
a 12.7% increase from when Biden took office (13% was rounding).
As for the cause of inflation, I would point to the single party bill that even Obama's economic adviser called the least responsible economic policy in 40 years (and Pelosi danced when it got passed):
Larry Summers, a top economic adviser to former President Obama, blasted the $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus package signed by President Biden earlier this month as the “least responsible” econo…

I see you like cherry picking polls. Laxalt will lose. He's barely ahead in that poll and the very right-wing biased Trafalgar poll. He's behind in every other significant poll. You are dreaming.
You're talking about inflation on top of last year's inflation. Inflation slowed (it only increased 0.1% over last month), it just didn't increase at a greater rate than the rate of increase last year at the same time, which is why the annual rate dropped slightly (last August it increased by 0.3%). Overall inflation is up about 13% since Biden took office. About the only part of inflation that dropped MOM was energy commodities (gasoline and fuel oil) and a slight decrease in used car prices. Everything else was up. Some of the price relief was fueled by transitory things like temporary releases from the SPR and temporary gas tax holidays in a few states aimed at garnering votes heading into the midterms. Those things are not long-term solutions to inflation.

By Terence P. Jeffrey | September 13, 2022 | 11:19am EDT (Photo by Gaelen Morse/Bloomberg via Getty Images) (CNSNews.com) - The Consumer Price Index (CPI) report released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that prices on all items in the United States increased by 8.3 percent from August of 2021 to August of 2022, with the price of gasoline rising 25.6 percent, the price of electricity rising 15.8 percent and the price of food rising 11.4 percent. The report indicated that the 11.4 percent year-to-year increase in the price of food was the highest in 43 years.

Incorrect! The Emerson College Poll is cited here by Rich Baris, the King of all Pollsters. The GOP will end up with a 52-48 split, at minimum.
If Putin gets taken behind the dacha and relieved of his duties (if you know what I mean) that might cut off all this $ and internet support RU gives to right wing anti-democracy types like Donald J Trump, Orban, the Brexit people, LePen, etc.
All the populist, anti-NATO, anti-democracy forces on the right get help from Russia. (and they happily accept it).
If the new guy in RU doesn't support the trumpian western right wing anymore...that could re-invigorate the West and help it stay unified.
Just a hopeful thought.
Does that make you US right wingers feel bad?
I'm sure when Putin is gone you'll find a new boogieman whenever things don't go your way (and they often will).

No attempt to refute, just a bolded word with an exclamation mark. Nice response. From Summers interview:
"I've been very disappointed by many in the economics profession. Who feel like it's their job to judge the politics. They think this is necessary politics for the new administration. Therefore, they are going to make arguments for it economically. It may be necessary politics, and it may be that it's the right choice, but I think the better place for economists, especially those outside of government, is to be analyzing the economics not trying to rationalize the politically convenient."
The truth is Summers was right. He warned those he worked for what the American Rescue Plan would create before it passed, and everything he warned about came to pass (other than the Fed did not react until later). You should actually listen to the interview rather than dismissing it with a bolded word and and exclamation point.

What's your point? You are showing me data that I have already mentioned. See the part of your post I BOLDED for you.
Now, before you answer me (I am anticipating a very stupid reply), think about it first. Decide if you REALLY know what you're talking about or if you just spew stuff you hear from right-wing media that you don't really understand or don't understand how they are spinning it. ALSO, make sure you know the difference between inflation and deflation and REALLY KNOW what those two terms mean (especially INFLATION).
I see you like cherry picking polls. Laxalt will lose. He's barely ahead in that poll and the very right-wing biased Trafalgar poll. He's behind in every other significant poll. You are dreaming.
The polls 538 uses to say Cortez-Masto is ahead all have 500 or less people polled. These polls are statistically garbage as the margin of error is 5% even if you get a perfectly balanced sample. The "significant" polls you're referencing aren't actually significant.
Emerson came out today with a 1000 person poll and has Laxalt in the lead 42-41. Emerson is rated by 538 to lean slightly Democrat.
Given that most independents are sick of the Democrats right now I'd say it's looking real good for Laxalt in Nevada.

does it make you feel at all weird that the nation that is trying to tear apart europe and NATO likes to invest in the Republican Party?
