one possibility. Hansloven's contracted a very serious form of grundleosis and resulted in his disappearance. it is the spread of the disease.

This is to all the PSAC alumni and anyone else out of eligibility. There's going to be an open 5k held at Millersville's track on Saturday April 7 at 9:30am. Both men and women are allowed to enter. This is before the start of the PSAC EAST Challenge, so you can come back, run a race and support the PSAC East teams afterwards.
Hope to see you there,
Neal Kerrigan
good to see chris clark running a superb 29:47 out at stanford
agreed, great run by clark, as well as weiss's sub 30 at richmond. when's blood making his debut?
blood won't be running with a Lock Haven jersey on this track season
blood not running track? 'tsup with that? 'splain it to us pleez
it's just the word around the conference, blood is hurt or is simply just red shirting. He may take his eligibility to grad school (d-1?) and use it there.
How about Jim Carney PR with 28:25 at Stanford as a PSAC ALUMNI we are proud of you! Way to go
Weather report for The PSAC East and West races.
The WEST: SNOW!!!
Millersville: 30 degrees, no precip, so it's happening.
I've heard rumors that the West may come down here and race if there's too much snow. Anway, if that happens, any unattached or alumni from the West are allowed to run the open 5k (9:30am).
1) A few west schools will be at the East Challenge making it a Pre-PSAC meet
2) I don't where you learned your meteorology Neal, but the forecast calls for 44 and sunny. Certainly not warm, but I am not running the 200, so no skin off my ass.
dear clark and weiss,
you guys are insane and way to run fast boys. i would like to know how weiss ran so fast in the freaking heat and winning by over a minute. just shows how ballsy he is. and clark, the woman you heard cheering for you in the stands was my mom. (well jk, but my house is about 20 minutes from stanford u). keep it up guys and see you all real soon.

2 more things,
sorry to hear about blood. im sure he would be another psac runner under 30 minutes for the 10k this year.
who is going to bucknell and what are you guys running? ill be there for the 5k.
I was looking at the hourly forecast. It'll be in the low 30's for the start of the meet and will warm up to the mid 40's.
Oh and I learned my meteorology at Millersville (I'm an Earth Science Ed. Major) scary, huh?
Sorry Jorge, no Bucknell for me.
I did have the pleasure of watching Clark run his 10k at the Stanford meet, and I was very impressed. He ran a very patient race throughout, surging ahead when he needed to, and relaxing when it was important.
Keep up the great work, it's definitely paying off.
lot of psac action going on at bucknell this weekend, good luck.
the weather should be in the low 40's and to me that is perfect. see you all there. peace.
Results from Bucknell. There were some very nice runs from the SRU teams.
No doubt. Weiss ran like a top-3 in the nation runner, and that has to be a huge PR for Regan. Team also showed depth with Geddis and Bluman under 15. And, can't overlook Whoolery -- her 17:11 is solid. If she can run sub 17, she could be in the hunt for AA.Hoovis

Congrats to Robo for his 9:12 in the steeple which should get him to Nats, also Hans ran a very solid 9:25. And if they are just running for place and not time at PSACs it should be a good race to watch. Others might join the party too, AP from West Chester ran a 9:36 his first time so who knows what he can really do.
Congrats to everyone else who ran well at Bucknell last night.
Go IUP!
