Yeah fr, regions are weird now but old new england region going 2-3 and old midwest region kinda choking with wartburg's performance and NCC's off year/decline

Looking at my All-American predictions going into the meet, I had the following for individuals:
- Locks: Frieburger, Collet, Craig, Myers, Pommier
- Possible: Dalton, Ridderhoff, Shirley-Fairbairn, Boelke, Pinkowski
Given the results at the Augustana interregional meet, I think these were pretty reasonable. I think the non-Wartburg individuals who didn't make it (Myers, Ridderhoff, Boelke) largely come down to having an off day (Boelke dnfed, not sure why). Wartburg has consistently run at the front of races from the gun throughout the season and they clearly attempted to do the same at nationals. But the field got through the first two miles very fast (from what I saw on the stream ~9:25 - the live splits on the course were wrong). Outside of Frieburger, I don't think Wartburg was ready for a start like that, and I suspect that once were steadily moving back, they just started to give up.
