Not really. They were granted clemency for their crime, not vindicated. Everyone in prison claims to be innocent.

Fetterman has overseen the release of 13 convicted murderers while heading the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons. During his tenure as Lt. Governor, murder rates in Philadelphia have increased 60%. He wants to decriminalize all drugs as overdoses continue to climb (especially among black residents), agrees with the idea that they could release a third of their inmates without compromising public safety (how did that work out during COVID?), etc.
