Maybe people freak out when Biden says it because Biden controls the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, and the military, not Trump
what if I told you that when Trump 'controlled' the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA and the military he called the Dems fascists.
Would you care? Would Dems care? Nah.
Rs FREAK OUT when called fascists by a D president. Because the truth hurts.
But no one cares when a R president does it in reverse becuase it's just stupid and Rs say all kind of false stupid things. This is just one more.
Sometimes I feel the entire US political system is based on Ds getting punched in the mouth and turning the other cheek because the Rs are insane and violent.
Here's trump calling Ds fascists when president but you won't care.
1/2: In 2020, Trump called Democrats "fascists" in '20 while surrounded by military officials. No one remembers it bc Dems didn't feel threatened by his false claim. Today, M'AGA Republicans are angry at President Biden for a similar remark. Because they know it's true.
Trump started the whole blue state vs red state thing as a way to avoid blame and point fingers. If something bad happens in a blue state, you blame the democrats. If something bad happens happens in a red state, you blame any democrat in that state for the issue. It's especially effective on people like you who are predisposed to think every single issue plaguing America can be traced back to one political party.
If you think that started with Trump you're absolutely delusional.
Both sides do it to be sure.
If only there were a way to tell...
Which states are having a max exodus of citizens? If blue states are so great people would be flocking to them to get in on the good times and gravy train.
The top 5 destination states people are moving to are Texas, Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia. All red states.
The 5 states losing the most population are Pennsylvania, Michigan, California, Illinois, and New York.
Reality doesn't care about your predisposition to defend your party at all costs. The facts clearly show that blue states are less desirable.
Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina are fairly purple. Georgia is going to turn blue soon and never turn back.
But it is true that people are migrating. I just moved from Chicago to Atlanta, although the reasons were strictly personal in nature and have nothing to do with taxes or opportunity. Chicago was better. Better transit. Better public schools. Chicago had a slightly higher cost of living, but I felt like I got what I paid for. Only thing better about Georgia is the weather.
You can frame these discussions however you want to. Tons of people are leaving Cali and NY. True, but why did they attract so many people in the first place to the point where they became overpopulated? If they were complete sh!tholes, why do tons of people still choose to live there?
And it's the Republicans who are creating poverty. The states who voted for Trump account for only 1/3 of the GDP. They are surviving on the subsidy from the blue states, and bitching about the ones who feed them.
Quite the opposite. It is the big cities that are filled with people who wish to have free handouts without jobs. Our founding fathers wanted states to have power and they wanted the legislatures to decide who should rule the country. Where I live nobody wants handouts nor do they want others to get them either.
Huh? Each state has two senators regardless of population. That has nothing to do with the electoral college. The electoral college has MORE votes to people in smaller states because the electoral votes are NOT proportional to the population. What's wrong with one person, one vote? Should Igy have more votes than someone in California just because he lives in Idaho? Really?

Good lord...
Without the electoral college it would be a blue house and a blue presidency. The senate would be powerless and the small states would be subject to the whims of California and New York. Why is this so confusing for you?
What's wrong with one person, one vote is it flies in the face of our constitution and it subjects small states to the whims of the larger states...
The state that produces the most welfare recipients is California. The state that has the most welfare recipients per capita is New Mexico. Both blue. The state that spends the most on welfare recipients per capita is Maine. Blue.
The poorest areas in red states are DEEP blue cities.
Also worth noting that the poorest red states are states that were run by Democrats for 150 years and are still recovering from their 100% Democrat slave economies.
The richest state is California. It was deep red until the 1980's and has been in decline ever since.
Maybe people freak out when Biden says it because Biden controls the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, and the military, not Trump
Biden made that very clear in his speech. The Dems will use everything at their disposal to wage war against the Trump movement. Every weapon, every means necessary, whether legal or lethal. The Trump movement leaders/elites will have to adjust accordingly to the asymmetric warfare.
Do you have time to post with all your preparations ongoing for the coming apocalypse?
How can you post this agip. "Biden's defense of Democracy" Much more like Biden's hatred of Republicans. He is the ultimate creature of the swamp that Trump did not succeed in draining. The EPA called them wetlands (thus being exempt from drainage) and kept DJT from fulfilling his destiny. He is the poster boy for the nepotism and corruption which threatens this country from the top. His cognitive decline threatens democracy far more seriously than anything his speechwriters can imagine.

What a dumb question. People flocked to California in the past because it was a red state, just like people are doing now. California has a huge economy because of the "red" people in the past, not because of the "blue" leeches there now.

So you admit that Rs cannot win majority votes and therefore have to manipulate the electoral system to stay in power? What makes Igy a more important person than someone living in California? Because he despises LGBTQ people?
And here are the states that most depend on the federal government.
There’s nothing that indicates these states got wealthy based on Democratic policies…they haven’t always been blue. And with the most recent census and the loss of House seats in CA, NY, IL, etc. it looks like people are leaving. Businesses too from CA and IL for sure and to red states like TX, TN and FL. I’d look at the trends before bragging about Democratic states and their economies.

Again, you don't seem to have understood the purposeful messaging in Biden's speech the other night. We can't tell if it's naivete on your part (my guess), a deficiency, or driven by POE desires.
The majority of Americans believe political divisions have worsened since the beginning of 2021, and two out of five think a civil war is likely to break out within the next decade.

I grew up in the Chicago area and would NEVER move back. Too much crime, too many taxes, too much political corruption and too expensive a cost of living. And you’re not even talking about the state finances that you’re lucky to have escaped from. Those will come back to haunt residents again and again due to the public sector unions colluding with Dems. All those public services that you like but aren’t going to be able to afford in the near future…imagine that! I will have relatives that still live there so I know what it’s like!
NY, CA, IL, etc weren’t always blue states so to think Dim policies are responsible for that is a real stretch. just my theory…Dims only show up after a location or state is successful because if you’re looking for lots of free stuff why would you move to a poor place?

if you’re a socialist looking for as many freebies as possible would you move to Mississippi? Dims don’t show up until after everyone else has done the actual wealth creation.

The state that produces the most welfare recipients is California.
California has the most welfare recipients because it has the most people, you absolute moron.
Here are the 10 states with the most welfare recipients: New Mexico - 21,300 per 100k Louisiana - 17,320 per 100k West Virginia - 17,081 per 100k Mississippi - 14,872 per 100k Oklahoma - 14,717 per 100k Alabama - 14,376 per 100k Oregon - 13,918 per 100k Illinois - 13,883 per 100k Nevada - 13,701 per 100k Rhode Island - 13,505 per 100k
California isn't on it, you moron. Give us your crap if you want, but at least get the facts right.
California also has a bigger economy than all of the other states. Moron.

Cry big Trumplican tears! Trump is a criminal. Trump tried to keep power illegally. Law-abiding citizens should do all they can within the law to prevent any movement surrounding Trump, and we are. Trump is going to go to prison. Cry big Trumplican tears!

Please remember that there is giant red population in this state outside of the major population center that skews the numbers. If you would compare LA/SF/SD to the other states you would realize how much the Republicans in the state hate their high taxes going to leeches. Same is true of New York outside of the 7 boroughs and Long Island. Even more true of Pennsylvania outside of Philly and Pittsburgh. This is producers/patriots vs leeches/socialists. And SoCal and NYC full of holier than though rich Hollywood liberals who lord their hypocrisy of tax avoidance over the rest of us. They can afford their perilous behavior.
