Trump just as clearly is not. He is the same BS artist he has always been

This is why we have skyrocketing inflation. And passing the Inflation "reduction" bill ain't gonna do anything for inflation - most likely make it rise even further.
You are so f*cking stupid. RT? Really? When Biden starts stealing classified documents about nuclear weapons and tries to overturn a fair election, get back to me.
You have to be Sally posting under another name. For my own need to have the world not have too many dumb people in it, I can't find it in me to believe that there are TWO such monumentally stupid people who post here...so you and Sally MUST be the same person.
Biden has dementia and for the thousandth time, this is not the Trump thread. Stop deflecting.
I watched the signing live as it happened. When you actually watch him for longer than your heavily edited 9 second clips you see clearly that there is nothing wrong with him.
Biden looked vigorous and victorious. It was a great day in America.
Yep. He very clearly does not have dementia. He's just an old man. The accomplishments he has had in 2 years are quite amazing and unexpected and even unneeded by me.
Trumpers will crow when they take back the House in the fall, but 2024 is going to be a VERY tough road for them.
1) Biden is the incumbent, and the incumbent PARTY always has the advantage.
2) Biden has had a BIG military win by getting al-Zawahiri.
3) He has gotten three very important and consequential pieces of legislation passed.
4) The Supreme Court nixing Roe v. Wade benefits Biden in two ways, the SECOND of which is more important: 1) mobilizes Democrats and like-minded independents to vote Democrat, and 2) has pacified one-issue anti-abortion voters.
5) The fact that we are in a recession now PROBABLY (no guarantee) means that we will not be in one 2 years from now, so that's just another positive for him.
Against all odds, the fundamental transformation of the United States, envisioned by the radical Left and implemented by an all-too-willing Democratic Party, is underway. August is typically a quiet time in our nation’s capit...
Not deflecting at all. Biden clearly does NOT have dementia. He's just old. You clearly have no idea what dementia looks like.
You are one dumb f*cker.
Oh, and I'll discuss anything I like.
Biden does not have dementia?
Does anyone else believe this?
You are insane. Instead of watching short clips of him (I could counter with Trump slowly walking down that ramp and any number of gaffs he made "Tim Apple"), go watch him actually talk at length about things. He clearly does not have dementia. He's an old guy who still deals with an occasional stutter that he's had his whole life.
Anyone applauding this legislation is a billionaire or a fool.
Rasmussen and Breitbart? Um...ok.
And no, we hate Trump. He's dangerous and needs to be put behind bars. You Trump voters are just dumb ass pieces of sh!t. I wouldn't go so far as to say I hate you, but you are a f*cking moron.
And the King Dumb@ss comments. The Washington Examiner? Get serious. Anyone calling Biden corrupt who supports Trump is a damned fool. You are a damned fool.
Have you read the bill, Fat H? Don't say that you have because you haven't. The bill is like 755 pages long with no table of contents. It is not easy navigating through the bill. I know that you just take whatever is spoon-fed to you by the liberal news groups and fly with that. You never say why the bill will lower inflation (it won't) you just say it will. That is the way you are with everything.
Using your taxes to boost the Canadian automobile manufacturing sector is not going to reduce inflation in the United States, but it is quite a gift to Canada, the same country that sued the US in the WTO to get us to remove country of origin labels from our beef and pork. https://t.co/p98MeahQ87

I am very well versed in certain parts of the bill. And as I've demonstrated, I know the EV section better than most members of the press.
If carmine wants to discuss some part that he is familiar with, I invite him to give it a go.
Anyone supporting this legislation is guilty of treason.
Massie is being quite disingenuous. As a member of congress he should know the background of why the bill allows final assembly of EVs in Canada and Mexico.
While Massie says this is a gift to Canada, he would favor killing the IRA which would be a huge gift to China. It would keep the old law in place. Without the Inflation Reduction Act, the taxpayers would pay $7500 for each Chinese EV imported, and EVs from US companies would get $0.
The original text did specify final assembly on in the US. But there were two problems with it: 1. Mexico and Canada were claiming it would violate NAFTA. They would sue and many thought that the US would lose the case. 2. Ford is already building its top-selling EV in Mexico. And presumably, GM would eventually have assembly there as well. They wanted to protect Ford and GM.
What Massie leaves out is that without this bill, the old law would still be in effect. Under the old law, domestic EVs from Tesla, GM, and Ford get no tax credit. But EVs from China, South Korea, and other foreign nations are still eligible for $7500.
Plus, the mineral sourcing requirements cut out China completely.
For all its flaws, the EV section of the bill at least does a good job of helping us compete with China.
Of course. But the poster I'd previously quoted had said that "Japan doesn't [have inflation]"--and in fact it does have some.
And, as the linked story makes clear, that rise is striking after years of deflation and a culture that expects stagnant wages and prices. I recommend actually reading the piece. It's not lengthy and includes some useful nuance.

Nobody complains about 2% inflation. It's our target rate. That's no inflation for all practical purposes.
