Big doings today on the Trump Bathroom case in S.D. Florida. The prosecution replied to that quasi-whacko order by Judge Cannon basically demanding to know why the prosecution thinks it can use another grand jury to find evidence against Trump on what he is charged with.
As was pretty obvious from the beginning, the other DC grand jury was investigating De Oliviera and the conspiracy that Trump, Nauta, De Oliveia AND Yuscil Taveras (the Mar-Bag-O IT guy who is "Trump Employee 4" in the Bathroom Indictment) came up with to delete subpoenaed video security tapes. Turns out Taveras initially lied, but has now recanted (flipped) and is going to testify that Nauta and De Oliveira, on the orders of Donald Trump, told Taveras to delete video security tapes that showed Top Secret Classified Information being carted off to Trump's bathroom.
Judge Cannon may still do something insane like exclude Taveras from testifying, but she will get reversed quickly by the Appeals Court.
