Women and children are being killed daily by Ukrainian soldiers in East-Ukraine since 2014. You are a bit late to the party.
Women and children are being killed daily by Russian and Russian-backed separatist soldiers in East-Ukraine since 2014.
298 civilians killed by Russians or Russian-backed separatists on July 17, 2014 when they shot down MH17.
What has your country done to stop Russian aggression in Ukraine since 2014, other than becoming dependent on Russian gas?
My country has not incited this war, unlike your country. If USA ceased to exist tomorrow, the world would finally get a chance for peace. Always meddling, always organizing coups, just can't stay out of it, can you?
USA is like that one "friend", that s*it-talks about both sides behind peoples backs and then comes in "to help" once they're fighting.

The notion that the world would all be handjobs and rainbows if only the US wasn't around is patently absurd.
Without the US all of Europe and Asia would have been communist. The rest of the world quickly would have followed and you'd be in a mass grave somewhere or at best in a bread line.
If the US disappeared today the same thing would happen. If you think the US is evil wait til you see how China behaves as the world's only super power.

Cool story. Only a pro-Putin troll would believe the USA incited this war by forcing Russia to annex Crimea.
Now, answer the question: what has your country done to stop Russian aggression in Ukraine since 2014, other than becoming dependent on Russian gas?
Russia this week sent a formal diplomatic note to the United States warning that U.S. and NATO shipments of the “most sensitive” weapons systems to Ukraine were “adding fuel” to the conflict there and could bring “unpredictable consequences.”
The diplomatic démarche, a copy of which was reviewed by The Washington Post, came as President Biden approved a dramatic expansion in the scope of weapons being provided to Ukraine, an $800 million package including 155 mm howitzers — a serious upgrade in long-range artillery to match Russian systems — coastal defense drones and armored vehicles, as well as additional portable antiaircraft and antitank weapons and millions of rounds of ammunition.

a good test of this is to look at allies.
China has no real allies
Russia's only 'allies' are vassal puppet states or tiny ethnic slav nations.
The US has as its allies the most powerful, richest, freest nations on earth.
Tells you something - the US is not the problem. (although it has erred many times)

He was trying to. He's not an imbecile like Biden though so he wanted to do it responsibly rather than handing the country over to the Taliban in 9 hours.
Trump didn't say the invasion was genius. That's a lie stupid people believe because they're told to. Trump said recognizing the independence of the separatist regions was "pretty savvy" and referred to Putin as a peacekeeper. This was said BEFORE the invasion. Trump didn't think Putin would be dumb enough to invade.
I guess Trump might have gotten around to ending the Afghanistan war by the time his 3rd or 4th term rolled around. Clearly four years was not long enough for an anti-war president like him.
Trump must feel pretty stupid about Putin. I mean, he was completely wrong about Putin, while Biden was telegraphing each move Putin was going to make. Maybe Trump was just sundowning that night at ML.
I assume that Trump had corrected his mistake since the invasion started and nearly everything had gone so terribly for the savy genius. Maybe he went on something like Hannity's show, or something, to condemn Putin?
They blew the ever-lovin' p!ss out that boat. That Moskva ship? Blew it sky high, stuff flying apart all over the goddam place.
Those Russians, they lie as a way of life. Even to each other and their own families. Disgusting people. Anyway, they are saying there was a fire in the baffroom or something, and that's how the Moskva ended up on the bottom of the ocean. Yeah, like this boat was sailing around for 40 years okay, and just happened to accidentally catch on fire two hours AFTER Ukraine started claiming it blew the thing up. You'd have to be pro-Pute up the ying to buy the stuff Russia says.
Was similar to twin towers, those flew apart nicely too, blessing New York with small pieces of rubble and human flesh of useless chair warmers.
Dude, you write your posts like a misery enjoying psychopath, please adjust to more non-psychopath ways.
You pro-Putinites really are just emotionally impaired relics from an era long gone by. The way to reprimand me for my elation over the sinking of the Moskva would have been to remind me that Russian soldiers are (allegedly) people too, and all human life has some intrinsic value. But to try it by invoking, of all things, the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on America, and in the manner you did, loaded with all kinds of false moral and factual equivalences that I shouldn't even have to begin to explain, just exposes you as being exactly what you falsely accuse me of being.
Well.. Canada has been in lockstep with us on many ventures through our histories.
Just a joke about his mythical home country that is pure as the driven snow.
I think it's pretty funny that someone would go the a US-centric message board to discuss foreign policy, then dismiss the views of all the other posters, specifically because they are from the US. "А у вас негров линчуют"
It's only one issue. The issue is whether you support military adventurism in the name of regime change. You support it whenever a republican president tells you to (Iraq - GWB, Ukraine - DJT). As Trump has backed away from praising Putin's failed Ukraine policy, so have you.
You also cosplay as a non-interventionist when you think it can be used to score political points against a democratic president.
I supported the idea of liberal hegemony. I now realize it doesn't work and no longer support it. Not that complicated.
Trump was anti-war. Peace through strength was his policy and it is the correct policy.
"Peace through strength was his policy..."
My god, the idiocy. Putin didn't see strength at Helsinki. He saw groveling. He didn't see strength on 6 January. He saw a riot to install the same kind of government that he enjoys. He didn't see strength when Trump mocked any senior military officers (including retired 4-stars who were his SECDEF and CoS) or defense officials who had the nerve to disagree with him. He didn't see strength when Trump mocked all POWs. He didn't see strength when a President purposely horrendously bumbled a pandemic. Etc., etc., etc.
And hell, since this is running board, let's throw in that Putin didn't see strength in Trump's huge lard ass......
Trump was given a golden opportunity to condemn Putin by Hannity. He wanted him to do so. The majority of the country and even his own base would have welcomed it. The whole world is doing so. Even GOP lawmakers that are in bed with Russian mob money have condemned the attack even though it is likely for political cover.
Yet for some reason, Trump just can't condemn Putin. I wonder why that is. What could it be that prevents a guy that condemns even his best of friends and closest allies to not want to ever speak out against Putin?

I don't know... I've seen claims that that thing is a weapon of mass destruction and that some units in the US Army received special CBRN training to deal with it.

Speaking of "golden," I've often wondered if ONE day we'll finally see the piss video with the Russian hookers.....

Short of that, because:
1) Putin hasn't yet insulted him (that I recall) or significantly disagreed with him.
