4:36 / 9:45 are really good times, even for a senior

I know a sophomore who started his season with a 10:54 and ran 10:05 in the same conditions. No Changes to his training; No indication he was in that fitness. Most shocking thing Id ever seen.

The goose was doing like the same as Griffith. Now he is an Oly medal contender.

Jim Ryun ran 5:20 his in his teams time trial.3:55 As a senior.
Gerry Lindgren was DFL at his teams time trial. Qualified for Olympics as favorite(beat future winner) senior year.
