You obviously believe you know this person, so why don't you initiate the email? Maybe you already have? I don't know.

30 minutes
Hit the hills today. Did a 20' w/u then 10 x ~300m hill (one-way), then another 20'. Did some light lifting afterward. Felt good!
Yesterday...-all-my-troubles-seemed-so-far-away:
Feeling good after Sunday's half.
15mins warmup. 4x500m (1m42s), 4000m (15m15s), 4x500m (1m42s), 1000m (3m32s) in the company of two graceful women at Paolo Rosi track
Maybe too slow, or too much recovery (1:30 after 500m, 4mins before and after 4000m). Could have gone on forever...
Bike commute, longer than usual, faster than usual.
AM- 30 mins easy run (grass & gravel trails)
PM- 15 mins + strides warm-up
- track session: 8x600m with 200m walk/jog (90sec) recovery
(1:47, 1:47, 1:47, 1:46, 1:46, 1:46, 1:46, 1:45)
- 15 mins cool down
jealous of all the speedwork. :(
Easy, 40 min run. PT appears to be working. Hip feels good.
However, I've said that before. :)
Today I did an early morning 42' run before work. Yuck. I just feel so lethargic when running in the wee hours. Usually my schedule allows for running later in the day, but today was tight.
Thanks for the positive posts. It's nice when the unwelcome visitors finally find their way out.
I got back on the track today: w/u, 10 x 800 @ 102% vVO2max with equal rest, c/d. Took an ice bath and got a good massage (it's been a while!).
Keep up the good work, all. And keep posting!
i'm a reg here.10x300 hill yestarday and 10x800 today?? I believe what skuj said and i am willing to bet you are three or more handles here fluffing your own thread which is quite sad. what is the point of telling fibs every day.

No, you're not. You started attack posting recently and have brought nothing to the running discussion. You are a troll. Go away and leave this thread to those who want to discuss running.
DYRT=describe ur running today.
I posted sev times as something else cus I dont need you on my back. And anyway ur obviously Running Dogg.
10x300 hill on day and 10x800 track the next; -how about it Run Dogg?
Why would someone lie about there running every single day?
come on guys: kiss&makeup will you?
this has the potential of being a good thread... Even if people post the occasional crock. Maybe they fish for a hobby and feel the need to narrate the occasional "big" catch... i don't see much harm given that we are relatively anonymous...
Heck, for the first time I am tempted to write some BS stellar session... but i just can't do it... i can't... i can't...
Yesterday I did 2x 3x 300m uphill (4% grade) with 3min rest between runs and 5min between the set in about 43 sec per run. That was pretty hard.

Bingo!!! Troll alert!!!
Oops.
Look dirtbag, this thread needs me. If I didn't post with this name, or 'u lyin mofo', or 'Hammy', or 'Skuj", or 'Skuja", or 'the point could be', etc. this thread would die. I am solely responsible for keeping this thread active and entertaining. And you know it.
Tried to sqeeze a 30 minute run into 20 minutes during lunch.
Regarding the question, I have 100% faith in my coach. I doubted her once before and took some bad advice from someone who knew nothing about coaching, and I suffered the consequences. If she wants me to do hills one day and and aerobic capacity session the next, I do it. Maybe she's wrong, but I doubt it.
Today: 55' easy run through the neighborhoods. That was it!
Have a nice weekend, all!
13 in the rain.
4+ miles of easy recovery in the morning. So freaking dark, even at 6:30 a.m. Will DST ever end?
