NYU- Good leaders up front, good depth.
Geneseo- Although they have raced on nothing but fast courses, they're pack should be unbeatable in the region but there are so many fast individuals in front of them so bump em to 2nd.
TCNJ- Tradition of top 3 lives
Cortland- Get national bid but will have to wait one more year for top 3. sorry cloke. Moran works them hard, but they hang on all season at the top of their game, where ever they are at Lehigh, expect no better and no worse.
SLU- Although every year they race too hard and die at the end, they just seem too tough. One of top 2 get injured, they drop big time, because the freshman are not gonna hang on.
Plattsburgh- Peaks runners year after year perfectly for this meet even though there is a new coach there every time you turn your head. Lynch will send DeShane out with a possible team invite to the dance if SLU chokes again, Asher runs what hes capable of and the young guns get to where they should be.
RIT- good team, inconsistent at best
Brockport- Needs to pull together and get a pack in order to break into top 5
Rochester
Oneonta
Women- don't know as much about, but will give my two cents
Geneseo- No stopping returning depth
TCNJ- solid
Ithaca- lost twins, but private school with every major brings in recruits.
Plattsburgh- Surprise, leads to
Busby's and Wiszowaty's reign of terror on the nation in 07.
Cortland- Comes together nicely, needs more depth.
SLU- Stays the same all season.
Brockport- Teri Wilson duals wiszowaty and griggs in gutsy race, but gets 3rd, leads team to good finish.
