It sounds like it. So this will be quite a rustbuster. Pro debut at the trials, and first 5k in a year. Honestly if she is willing to get after it and race in that circumstance that is pretty cool.
Her disappearance coincided with entering the testing pool. It seems suspicious.
This is beyond dumb—correlation without causation. What else coincides with entering the testing pool?—going pro. What might a relatively lightly trained athlete do upon going pro? Train a lot more. And what often happens when lightly trained athletes train a lot more? Yes, genius, they get injured.
She has been suspicious since a young age. She confirmed the suspicions by partnering with suspicious characters. There has always been smoke and now she is showing us the fire.
So your informed opinion is she was taking PEDS at what age? 15? 13? 12?
I see "Tuohy is watching" appears not to have the integrity to answer the question. I am shocked!! Some may not like what Astro posts, but he (I assume he) does not back away from defending his posts.
There is nothing notable about his claiming everyone (but his favorite) is doping in the sport, nor are meaningless claims that that so-and-so wasn’t doping as a teenager.
What is notable is a pro athlete shilling products that fall under the ‘magic-in-bottle-while-safe’ illusion.
Except I don't. Among college distance runners I have questioned two athletes bc there were facts that raised bona fide questions. And I defend my opinions bc I am not reckless in expressing my opinion and I have valid reasons for suspicions. Must have missed where I ever said that Morgan, or Wayment, or Roe, or Ramsden, or Chelangat etc were doping. I tend to get flack bc I am over a valid target. Meanwhile, your statements about Katelyn are toothless.

This is going to be awesome!
Don't count her out! I am excited. Was it Adam Goucher or Ritz who was injured and missed a lot of time and returned to win NCAAs x-country with minimal training?

That's why it was refreshing to see the Sweat Elite training video of Hobbs Kessler and Bryce Hoppel slamming Rice Krispie treats for their post workout nutrition, because a little bit of carbs and sugar is quite literally all you need! No special supplement or drink. Rice Krispie treats!
Astro has posted that high school runners are doping. He said that there is great incentive to do so for scholarships and NIL deals. I wouldn't have thought that people like Tuohy would have done things like that in high school, but Astro claims otherwise.

Team or not, she’ll do great.
I’m hoping Olympic Qualifying time (just in case)… ‘cause if she “IS” top-3, without the qualifying time, she’s not going.

So, this race HAS to be fast.
Abbey Cooper did that in the semifinal at the 2021 Trials, and it left her a little too wiped for the final. Cranny won in 2021 with 15:27, but Molly Huddle did win in 15:05 in 2016.
What World Ranking? She literally doesn't have one because she hasn't raced. She is going to have to hit the standard or nothing.
I might be wrong but she has one mark, so Trials plus another would make three. Unlikely to be good enough, but >0% chance, no?
I think she’s just going to have to hit the standard at the trials. (Particularly, being injured and coming off that, I’m sure the “less” racing, the better?).
