Surprised you bothered to answer, SS. But you may not be familiar with the troll C9, so I'll give you a pass.
For future reference: The only anecdotal "evidence" that passes muster with C9 is his/her *own*--C9's anecdotal observations are irrefutable, while anyone else's are presumptively bogus.
Even if his own self-interests may get in the way of some important things to . . . democracy . . .
Whatever follows an opening clause like that cannot be respected. This is the United States of America and its democracy is a little more important than DJT's self-interest, or yours.
Ah, so what you are saying is that you are a loser but you want to play the victim card rather than accept that you are a loser. Got it.
Hint for you: When you are a loser, decent people can still respect you. But once you pull out the victim card, absolutely nobody will have even a shred of respect for you.
in your book half the white males are losers. I think I am respected at work by those who are not bleeding heart liberals. Being upset about being a victim of an unjust system is not playing a card. It is real. Someone has to be a victim since the globalization has leveled the playing field in the world substantially and current hiring practices to reach mandated goals has also had an impact. I am not actually a victim per se, just not as lucky as the "greatest generation" or the boomers. Boomers who missed out on Vietnam had a pretty good run and very few of them realized they were priveliged. I am missing out on stuff that the generation of white men before had, and women are reaping the gains of what the generation before them missed in terms of career fulfillment. But yes in answer to your question, I am undoubtedly a loser in all quantifiable terms.

Wow, that was a GREAT post. I mean that sincerely.
It is not that I agree with all that you said, but that your post seems so sincere.
A few thoughts related to what you laid out:
1) People who feel like they are somehow "losers", victims, unappreciated, or have been left behind are always the ones who become attracted to charlatans/autocrats. Trump is a charlatan/autocrat wannabe. I hope that some day you will see this.
2) If Trump comes back (as POTUS), you will probably be very happy for a while. And you may greatly enjoy sticking it to "the libs." But . . .
3) In that scenario, you would not be happy in the long run. People like Trump are 100% in it for themselves and will do anything to cling to power and enrich themselves. If people are concerned about the "Deep State" today, just wait until an autocrat takes full power (which is clearly what Trump and now the GOP desire).
The greatest strength of democracies is not that we elect great people as leaders (generally we don't). It is instead, that we get to kick them out. As such no POTUS, or anyone else, can impose their will upon the nation (and ultimately, you). And if we get to that state of autocracy (we are headed there with Trump), nobody is going to be happy.
And you (and everybody else) will certainly be longing for a return to the days of mediocre or even crappy leaders - Biden, Bush, Obama, Clinton . . . ANYBODY who is limited by the US Constitution, Congress, a free press, and common decency.

Dems have won six of the last seven 'generic ballot' polls listed on 538.
The only poll of the last seven Rs won is the biased Rasmussen. Rasmussen had 2020 at a statistical dead heat and we know how that turned out.
November is tightening up, with Roe and the J6 committee.
If Republicans just run on "Inflation is Joe Biden's fault", then Dems will make gains in the senate. No matter what it will be very tough to hold on to the house.
Midterm elections involve high stakes, a great deal of groundless guessing, and lots of numbers oddly similar to lotteries. Unlike lotteries, though, the...

You fail to realize that Biden has already lost the independents. Every voter that wants Biden gone are heeding Obama's warning: "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to f**k things up."

Great post except for the last part. Biden has signed executive orders that go directly against the constitution, even admitting to that fact as he is signing the order. He also isn’t limited to a free press as the press gives him a pass a lot of the time, although I will admit they seem to be losing their infatuation with him recently. Decency? Biden is also lacking there. Challenged a reporter to compare IQs, called someone “a fat” which is an interesting grammatical statement, plagiarism, lying about his grades in law school, and you could go on and on.
Might want to pump the brakes with all the simping for the current potus.
