Scott MacFarlane @MacFarlaneNews Yet another Capitol breach defendant is convicted by a DC jury. Anthony Williams of Michigan. Sentencing in Sept. Feds said Williams posted on social media after Jan 6 “I was in the Capitol and have absolutely no remorse or fear in saying or doing it.”
See. You just contradicted yourself. Earlier you said the lunging was the only thing that was hearsay, but now you are saying she heard about people seeking pardons.
He's worth like $40 million and his life is better than yours in every conceivable way.
lol.
It is difficult to imagine anyone who would willingly trade their current life for that of Giuliani. You must be even more pathetic than many of us believed in order for that thought to have even occurred to you.

Donald Trump has fallen out with his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and is refusing to pay the former New York mayor’s legal bills, it was reported, with the president feeling abandoned and frustrated during his last days in office. Giuliani played a key role in Trump’s failed attempts to overturn the results of November’s presidential election through the courts. The lawyer mounted numerous spurious legal challenges, travelling to swing states won by Joe Biden, and spread false claims the vote was rigged. According to the Washington Post, relations between Trump and Giuliani have dramatically cooled. Trump has instructed his aides not to pay Giuliani’s outstanding fees. The president is reportedly offended by Giuliani’s demand for $20,000 a day – a figure the lawyer denies, but which is apparently in writing. White House officials have even been told not to put through any of Giuliani’s calls. Commenting on the report, Ken Frydman, who worked as Giuliani’s press secretary in the 1990s, said: “Lay down with dogs. Wake up with fleas and without $20,000 a day”. The apparent breach with Giuliani – one of Trump’s most loyal and sycophantic supporters – has contributed to the president’s sense of isolation and betrayal, aides have suggested.

Donald Trump is continuing to rake in the cash from supporters while shrugging his shoulders at the people who failed to secure him a second term. Despite boasting a war chest of more than $100 million, Trump is reportedly refusing to extend any help to his former personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, who is now struggling under a mountain of legal fees that could leave the former New York mayor entirely broke. According to The New York Times, Trump raised a whopping $102 million in the first half of 2021. Salon reported last month that he has been relatively frugal in his spending habits, opting to not direct any of the money toward his election conspiracy efforts, including the GOP-backed recounts in Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Arizona.
On Sunday, Maggie Haberman reported that Trump's fiscal conservatism appears to apply even to his closest allies – and namely, one of his most loyal election objectors: Rudy Giuliani. "Giuliani allies are looking at the Trump $ - even if it isn't $82 million," Haberman tweeted, adding that the ex-lawyer's friends say "he is close to broke."

A lot of what she is testifying to is rumor / hearsay. She jumps to conclusions to a lot of things she never witnessed first hand.
Other than the steering wheel story, Hutchinson's testimony concerned first hand accounts. Not hearsay.
What about the food fight? I'm having a hard time figuring out whether she saw Trump throw the spaghetti at Giuliani or if she only heard about it from Meadows, in which case the White House Chief of Staff is the percipient witness who should be compelled to testify about what exactly Trump threw at Giuliani, what drunken behavior by Giuliani provoked Trump, and what efforts were subsequently made to clean up the sauce and ketchup on the walls. It's a point of ambiguity.
The Left can't get enough of this guy, and neither can the far right. I find if baffling. The GOP needs to be rid of that guy. He might be the one person in the USA that could actually lose to Biden, (should Biden run.)
Gavin Newsom vs Trump would be a big W for the Dems. Even given the botched job of Biden & Co.
The Jan. 6 committee on Thursday heard from a highly-respected conservative scholar about the continued danger presented by former president Donald Trump and his allies to the United States.

There is no obligation to pay the bills of an attorney who performed legal work while intoxicated. That's bedrock contract law. The lawyer can offer to re-do the work sober, which may mitigate the damages, but there must be agreement by the client for the sober work. We don't have that in this case. Trump was legally correct in stiffing Giuliani for the drunk work.
If you look at her testimony you will find that some went to Hutchinson and others she heard about.
All together, we currently know of six members of congress who asked for pardons.
See. You just contradicted yourself. Earlier you said the lunging was the only thing that was hearsay, but now you are saying she heard about people seeking pardons.
I should have been more careful with my language. She was in a position to know with certainty about many who asked for pardons. Some didn't go directly through her, but she knew they were on the list. It was not hearsay.
For those she wasn't certain about, she said she wasn't certain.
....but yes, slightly more seriously, it's always nice to point out how oblivious Trump (and his Trumpers) are to the self-owning nature of his habit of regularly bitterly denigrating his former employees and associates.
"This guy SUCKED. Really, really bad. He's THE WORST. THAT'S why I picked him to be this country's SECDEF, SECSTATE, etc., etc., etc."
And it NEVER dawns on the rubes that that MIGHT be a good sign that he's not QUITE the genius that he and they think he is.......
yeah well the prime benefit to m'agas of having trump be president is that he fights against the Dems and anyone in his way. They don't care about policy except the 3-4 wedge issues.
So the m'agas are more than happy to see trump insult and slam people. The cruelty is the feature of a trump presidency, not the bug. The same people who roll coal on cyclists love Trump, for the same reasons. Trump understand this very well.
I don't disagree that they like the cruelty, which applies to both never-allies and former allies. The point here isn't about the cruelty, but rather him constantly employing and aligning himself with people that he later says are and were terrible. More succinctly, "Yep, I'm admitting that my judgement constantly SUCKS!"
Particularly ironic given that the guy was president in large part due to starring in "The Apprentice."

What I remember was that Hutchinson claimed that she helped clean up. It sounded like neither her nor the valet witnessed Trump throwing food. But it was clear to both who had made the mess.
She also said she was aware of him several times throwing dishes or flipping the table cloth. She didn't say how she was aware, but she worked just steps away from the dining room. So she could have witnessed the event, heard it happen, or witnessed the aftermath.
