This thread was originally titled, "Incredible development in the $612,000 Transcon Goodge run, currently ongoing" but the new title is more descriptive. The description of the run is here.
(If unsure please read back in the thread as to what Strain is and how it is calculated)
Some observations:
1. "Strain" was pretty much 20.5+ (as it should be) on all days other than 5:
6th April = 18.2, 7th April = 18.1, 8th April = 18.9
All 3 also have very high recovery scores, all at 94%.
7th May = 18.4, 19th May = 18.9
As strain is calculated on an exponential scale, I'm struggling to understand how he fell below 20.0 on any day. Did anything interesting / of note happen on these dates?
2. There was a severe dip in "Recovery" on 18th, 19th and 20th of April to 27%, 1% and 4%... BY FAR the lowest of the whole trip. There were 3 more randomly spaced ones in the 20's/30's, with all the rest being mostly "good" or even "great"... What dates was he observed by Will C, do these coincide with the low recovery scores?
3. I'm surprised at how high, generally, his Recovery score was... This will likely be attributed to NuSham, and not because he was sat with his feet up multiple times during the day ;)

Interestingly, on point #1 above, the first day of low strain & high recovery (6th April) was the day that he uploaded 2 parts to Strava, 2nd part titled "watch battery died so switched to Robbie's"
Coincidence?
Also, 19th May, another low strain day - on Strava titled "pretty sure that was the Appalachian Mountain" with no less than 4,200ft of elevation gain!
I didn't even use 1% of my brain capacity to download all those Strava data files that left all you Cockerell shills begging me all these pages. I'm afraid if I used 2%, my aura would simply blind you.
It's interesting that he's so defensive and attacks folks that show an interest in what he's doing. Straight up attacking people is an odd way to promote your cause and fundraise. He's either a complete amateur or he's got something to hide.
He is a mirror clone of Lance Armstrong. Generally pleasant to talk to about a wide vareity of stuff. But God forbid you touch on the one topic he does not feel comfortable talking about. If you do, you will be ridiculed and made to look like a fool. In both cases, it is the possibility of cheating.
He literally admits the tracker was not on him so people could not find him. Not because it is bulky like the Police officer crew member claimed.
And because the run is over and the funds are in the bank. He does not give an F what anybody thinks.
Young WG is certainly Olympic Caliber when it comes to gaslighting critics. A gold medalist in that regard.

Fascinating to me that when I look at the Whoop conclusions and the conclusions I reach by looking at Strava (not WC analysis but the analysis native to Strava) they are almost complete opposites. Whoop has analyzed 3 of WG's runs. (48/30, MDS and now the US crossing) and the conclusion has been/is "trashes himself during the day but recovers extremely well". Strava essentially says he's doing everything in Zone 1 / Zone 2 (I.e go all day every day) : so never really trashed himself to begin with. Whoop would lead me to believe the secret sauce is in the recovery. Strava would tell me his endurance fitness is very dialed in and he's never overreaching. It's probably a little of both. Weird.
Is Goodge just trolling at this point? His Strava said he ran a 4:50 mile in Istanbul Turkey.
Looks like there was a GPS issue for that first mile. Interestingly though his HR was over 150 for a slow 2.5mile run. Back on the normal HR now and confirms WCs analysis that the HR only goes south when doing the transcon type runs. All other times its in the right zone.

Goodge is living "rent free" in your head
The 'living rent free in your head' line is exactly the same line that Goodge used in his Instagram story. This seems like further confirmation that Sneakers is on the team.
The truth of the matter is that it's all of us on Lets Run that are living rent free inside of Goodge and Balanger's heads. They are clearly sh*tting themselves that we are on to them, and unless they are stupid they must surely know that the truth about their frauds will be exposed at some point.

It's amazing just how predictable this is. No way can there be an innocent explanation.

Not to even mention how old and cliche and boring that phrase has become 😂
Funny thing is I had forgotten about Goodge while enjoying the competition and awesome abilities displayed at the Paris DL and NCAA championships. Now seeing his name pop up here again, it reminds me of how pathetic he is. He knows he doesn’t have the talent to be a great runner like Jakob or Girma, and he’ll never be able to reach the Olympics, so he has to go so far out of his way to try to get people to give him attention and money. Loser!

I see mister William doesn't broadcast his heart rate any more...wonder if that was because he was doing a run at his US pace and his HR would be way higher than in the US?
There is simply no sense or logic to go out so fast. Vomiting by half-way he reports - little wonder with those numbers.
Heart rate is perfect throughout though, peaking at 172 for mile 9 in 9:16, declining as he slowed to a shuffle in the latter stages, but still right where it should be. ie 125bpm for his 100th mile in 13:23 and 108 for the next which took 17:54. Upon which time he dropped out some 4 hrs 20 mins early.

I'm sure Goodge is fearful of you incompetent trolls who couldn't even download his public Strava data despite over 100 pages of you trying and still failing.
Laz is about to start his HOTs race. Too bad that Goodge isn't there to show just how easy it is to run 300+ miles without any issues (recovery, blisters, dealing with the heat). He would easily win it and be a hero in the even more fringe ultra community of ultra road runners. I guess he knew Laz would catch him cheating.
