President Biden used the anniversary of the Capitol siege to deliver his most sustained and scathing repudiation of Donald J. Trump since taking office.
Highest inflation in more than 40 years 8.6% now. Was about 1.5% with Trump.
First time ever gas has been $5 a gallon. First time ever! Has pretty much doubled under Biden.
Baby formula shortages out the gazoo.
War in Ukraine.
Stock market has gone in the gutter. Just tragic with what has happened to the market. Trump had it at record highs. biden took those record highs and trashed them.
Impending recession.
Border crisis is at all-time highs.
Open season on Supreme court justices.
Inflation is at 8.6%. Biden pushed hard for Build Back Better which would have spent $5 or $6 trillion more. Inflation might be 13% now if that had passed.
Car prices are through the roof.
Is there ANYTHING that Biden and Co. haven't f&cked up???
Isn’t that enough?👎👎👎👎👎👎
And to think, he’s only been in office less that a year and a half. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
If you voted for Biden, you are an idiot. The is no other reason. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
BREAKING: DOJ sent a letter to the Jan 6 committee requesting transcripts of all depositions they conducted -calling them “not just potentially relevant to our overall criminal investigations, but are likely relevant to specific prosecutions that have already commenced”
although trump will pardon criminals 30 seconds after they are convicted.
I wouldn't get too excited over the "specific prosecutions that have already commenced".
That may refer to some of the 800+ indictments we can already see in the database.
1) The “mob” read the 2:24 tweet from Trump as a direct order to kill Pence. But the reporter said chants weren't heard to hang Pence until minutes later, right? Why didn’t people start saying they needed to kill Pence when they got the tweet? Why did they wait so long if they had been waiting for this order all along?
2) So you know that the first tweet was clearly an order for the “mob” to kill Pence. But you said the 2nd and 3rd ones were meant to appease his staff and alert pro-Trump Capitol police to capture pence and bring him to the “mob” or to kill him on-site since they had access to Pence. How did the “mob” know that he really didn’t mean for them to be peaceful and respect the law? Was this code determined somehow beforehand?
I don’t understand how the “mob” knew how to interpret the different tweets. Can you explain that?
And Who is “the mob?” Everyone at the Capitol?❓❓❓❓
1. If you watch the video from the first hearing, you see someone reading Trump's tweet into a megaphone. People in the crowd immediately start calling for Pence to be killed. A video recorded 4 minutes after the tweet shows them chanting "Hang Mike Pence". It didn't take long for everyone to get the message Trump was trying to convey.
2. I said there are several possible interpretations of the subsequent tweets.
Definition of "mob": a large crowd of people, especially one that is disorderly and intent on causing trouble or violence.
1) But you haven’t explained what specifically in the tweet was an order from Trump to the militia to go out and kill Pence. Was it the “didn’t have the courage” part or some other part?
Was there a code agreed to beforehand? You said someone read the tweet over a megaphone and then everyone in the militia knew immediately that Trump had just ordered them to kill Pence. Did everyone rush into the Capitol at that time to find him?
2. What makes you think that the 2nd tweet where he told everyone to be peaceful and not be violent with the police was an order for the capitol police to find pence and either kill him or bring him to the militia to kill? Again, was there some sort of pre-agreed upon code in those tweets that only he and the police knew?. I don’t get your logic here.
3. What was the hidden order he gave with the 3rd tweet? The one about being peaceful and obeying the law? It’s hard for me to imagine that the first two tweets had a secret message, but the third didn’t.
4) How did you crack the code on the first two tweets? Or did someone testify about the code?❓❓❓❓❓

yeah but I know Garland has said that the Jan 6 prosecutors are watching the hearings very closely. And a Fed judge has said that Trump committed federal crimes. So it's not nothing.

I agree with you there.
I do think that DOJ is building cases against people higher up the food chain. To me, the part about "potentially relevant to our overall criminal investigations" is very telling.
how can you libs support a president that lies so much to the American people. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Well, I'm no lib--50+ years as a voter, and I've never cast a ballot on the Democratic line for any office, in any election--but if you think a president who "lies so much to the American people" shouldn't be supported, I have to think that you don't support Trump--he of the 30,000 false or misleading statements in four years.
So, just out of curiosity, whom *do* you support for President in 2024?

No code or secret was needed.
Trump had been spreading the lie that the election was stolen.
In the days leading up to January 6th, Trump had been saying that Pence had the power to overturn the election and "Stop the Steal". Trump even said this the morning of January 6th:
And he looked at Mike Pence, and I hope Mike is going to do the right thing. I hope so. I hope so. Because if Mike Pence does the right thing, we win the election. All he has to do, all this is, this is from the number one, or certainly one of the top, Constitutional lawyers in our country. He has the absolute right to do it. We're supposed to protect our country, support our country, support our Constitution, and protect our constitution.
When Trump tweeted that Pence had refused to "Stop the Steal", it was tantamount to calling him a traitor. And traitors get hanged. That's why the mob started chanting "Hang Mike Pence" after the tweet.
Trump had called for Pence's execution.
As for the subsequent tweets, the important thing is what Trump did not say. He did not tell the mob to leave the Capitol. Trump needed them to stay in order to execute Pence or at least force Pence to flee.

Again, we’re back to when did trump order people to kill Pence. If it was only in that tweet then you have to agree it was coded or you are wrong. And if it is true, why hasn’t he been charged? You still haven’t answered these questions directly. Your logic is circular. ⭕️⭕️⭕️⭕️⭕️
You can’t just say that because people chanted “hang mike pence” sometime after a tweet that didn’t mention violence toward Pence, that the tweet was an order for people to kill Pence.
Do you have any proof that after his second tweet that you say ordered the Capitol police to find and kill pence themselves that the Capitol police actually looked for pence in order to kill him?❓❓❓❓
I do love a good conspiracy theory though. Your story keeps getting better and better. 👍👍👍👍

When you say “what he did not say” is the important thing, you don’t mean when he did not say kill pence? Do I have that right? You seem to be all over the place. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
