Imagine if she was taking EPO like hundreds of her fellow Kenyans, if she hadn't had a child, if she was still in her athletic prime instead of 29, if she had trained for the 5000m?
She is doped to the gills. Like Kipchoge it is just obvious.
But to you Jakob beats Komen's record and he is clean, right?
He’s doping too. We reached a point about 40 years ago where doping is required for world class performances. Anyone that thinks otherwise is in denial.
Faith Kipyegon just outkicked Genzebe Dibaba to win the Women's 1500. Here's why I think she's dirty:
..
2. She out kicked a runner who's under a HUGE cloud of suspicion; in fact, she totally destroyed her. If you're that much better than a likely druggie - how in hell did you get there?
...
It sucks to watch a championship race and immediately think "that's BS", but that's exactly what I felt after that performance.
Jenny Simpson came within a whisker of beating that same runner under a HUGE cloud of suspicion. If you're THAT come to beating a likely druggie .....?
A non sequitur AND red herring in two sentences, well done.
I don’t recall this post being about Jenny Simpson, but about Kipyegon. Please stay on topic.
Yes she is doping. As are all the other Kenyan and Ethiopian runners that have helped bury the sport into a barely watched niche sport. The hapless inability of running fans to recognize and admit doping is like watching cycling fans in the 1990s. If the Chinese were still up to their old tricks, people on here would be theorizing about Chinese genes and physiology while probably inventing a culture of running to go with it as historical times are obliterated.

Fans don't recognize it but Paris was a watershed moment. It has shown that there is absolutely nothing antidoping can do to stop doping at the top of the sport, and there is nothing now to stop athletes from maximizing their advantages from doping. The biopassport has failed. As has testing. Dopers have won that race.
