Pretty sure the Amherst course has a ~40 sec slower course record than Mt Greylock. It hosted Nescacs in 2011

Only 2 predictions so far? Where have all the creative predictor people gone?
We are only a 1.5 weeks away from nescacs for goodness sake.
Bates won't beat midd and tufts won't beat conn.
Weather was also incredibly bad at NESCACs in 2011 so tough to compare.
Here are my predictions for top 5. Everyone outside of the top-5 are SCRUBS, and therefore will not factor in ANY SCORING WHATSOEVER.
1. Timmy the Tank Engine (*choo choo*)
2. Grumpy Boy (*grumble*)
3. Little Mo
4. King David the Wise
5. Benjamin 'Non-Scrub Semi-Elite' Decker
The Willy Boys, as predicted, will come in last place.
Further predictions:
String Cheese is scrub
Griffin Colaizzi is scrub
Noah Williams is scub
Bart Simpson is scrub
The Jumbo Boys make me peak. The Wet Blankets bring me over the edge. I wipe myself with the teddy bear.
Can't wait to see some action in Waterville next week. I haven't seen any action since I licked a few peppermint sticks a month back. The Peppermint Lads are an absolute RIOT.
5 days out, lets hear some predictions people.
The only thing that matters is that Robert Campbell will be the most handsome
man at Quarry Road on Saturday.
Rowan invite times looked pretty blazing, even for a 7.8k course. Any reports on the race? TFRRS says the 5k was 14:40 for the top pack, but I'm pretty skeptical on that split.
Predictions for NESCACS:
1. Williams
2. Amherst
3. MIT
4. Middlebury
5. Tufts
6. Colby
Too lazy to do the rest. Williams is going to be pretty hard to beat with the their compression in the top 7. Should be a pretty good battle for second between MIT and Amherst. Amherst was relatively close to MIT at Purple Valley with some of their top guys missing or coming back from injury, so it should be interesting to see what happens with with a healthier squad.
Individuals:
1. Nichols
2. Hussein
3. O'Conner
4. Decker
5. Hale
Nichols and O'Conner both beat all of Williams' top runners at Paul Short so I'm giving them the edge on Hale and Decker. Hussein lost to Hale at Little 3's, but I think he'll benefit from the hotter pace that's presumably going to go down in that top pack. If he regains his form from last year he could be in the mix with Nichols for the win. Should be an exciting race to watch.
^^^^Found the trinity grad!
Lmao MIT....
Good analysis you've got there, except that MIT is not and has never been in the NESCAC. I think Colby has to be up there contending for the win, especially on their home course. Chelimo looks to have regained his form.

Clearly a Williams scrub out here. Probably one of those freshman who was trying to compare measuring sticks (if you know what I mean) earlier in the year. MIT is not in the 'CAC... And your bear is about to be stolen faster than you can say "public urination"
Rookie of the Year may be the only title up for grabs.
All three freshman have had good seasons.
Aschale has the fastest pr, but Jones has a far more impressive one.
Weyessa hasn't improved much throughout as the other two, and actually hasn't set any prs after his first 8k, even on Paul Short he ran 12 seconds slower than his pr.

Colby has beaten both Middlebury and Bates head to head, I don't know how you can justify putting them at 7th.
I disagree muchly.
3 days to go
Can we get a better prediction?
