Had mixed feelings all week. Felt good on the easy runs when I expected to feel bad and felt bad on the days when I tried to do workouts. I'm taking a down week next week. I'm going to start shifting into more traditional tempos, hills and Vo2 and some mile pace type intervals here in the coming weeks. Plan on keeping mileage around 60-70 until march or so. I've been keeping up with the speed development so I'm happy about that. Hopefully it pays off.
