I'm on Strava but don't have a GPS watch yet. Sometimes manually put up my training sessions there. But everyone needs world class online coaching can contact me there as well. Welcome! 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
Sometimes? Your last entry on Strava is from March 2022!
We respect you coach wizard but unless you can get down to 70 to 75 kilos (165) (from your present weight of 95 kg-98kg/200-220 ) for your height of 1 meter 87 (6.2) you will not be able to run five kilometers under 20 minutes let alone 25 minutes so it's a battle with weight not with training and that means either going on a fasting regimen like time restricted eating or intermittent fasting or some other methodology which will drastically cut calories or eating windows.
As a former elite athlete that you were with 1420 2950 106 and 222 you are probably faster than 99% of posters on this forum so honestly I don't think you have anything to prove at your age with all due respect.
On a side note I am roughly the same height as you and weigh 74 to 75 kilograms and I do this with an eating window of 8 hours most of the time, 12.00-8pm or 10.30 -6.30pm. two solid meals a day. You don't need to starve. It's all in the mind.

Yes the wizard seems to live in a fantasy world…. Are there actually any athletes that can support his claims ? all we see are excuses , stretching of the truth and a dillusional older former average runner thinking he is going to run well again on 1 run a week ?
Well, sometimes talents pop up in Sweden too, but still running is a very small sport in my Sweden compared to football ( soccer) , ice-hockey and handball.Besides my Dancan system already truly is tested with young Kenyans and fast improvement. The genetics are good in the Swedish youths too, but most are interested in the sports where the big money is.
Good coaching is how a sport grows. You have a chance to make a difference. Your assertion that all the talent is tied up in other sports is ridiculous. Many of my best athletes play both soccer and run, or are triathletes or swimmers and also run. These sports are not mutually exclusive. It is good for the youth to be doing running in addition to other sports. In our local track club's 40 year history, our membership has both ballooned and dwindled and it was all dependent on the kind of coaching that was available since we rely on volunteers. A good coach brings in the numbers. Athletes from other sports find out and want to join because they know it will help them to be more well rounded and sometimes they fall in love with athletics.
I agree with you that youngsters in most cases shouldn't specialise in a sport too early but build all physical skills early and then specialice at age 17-20 ( depends on what sport of course). As I told before my plan is to coach young runners in a club when I move to Spain or Ukraine( hopefully peace soon. ) when I'm a pensionist about 2 years from now. I still work fulltime as a teacher and can't find time with travel to coach young runners in a Swedish club now. So instead I contribute to give runners at all levels all over the world at all ages world topclass online coaching.🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪The Magic Man of LRC

I don't live in a fantasy world as you try to claim. The power of my Dancan system is often told about by the Meguara running club in Kenya with their headcoach Sammy Nyokaye who I've coached now since 2015.Then you have the elite runner Josphat Too also coached by me since 2015 who often salut my great training system at fb. When I had a web site one year ago ( will soon put up a new one) the Netherland master runner R. Bremer wrote how pleased he was with my coaching and the Dancan system running personal bests all the time at all distances .
I will by plan run 5-6 sessions per week when April next year.I see now my muscle memory is great and shape comes magically fast back.....🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪🖐💯

'Older former average runner'?? Is there something wrong with you? A former national elite with 14.20 , 29.50, 1.06 , 2:22 is not an average runner.

Coach Wizard was a monster in his day, late 70s early 80s, long before Supershoes, and I suspect teleported to today's era, his PB's of 14:20/29:50/1:06:00/2:22:09 would be more like 14:00/29:00/1:03:00/2:09:00-2:12:00. There are Swedish athletes with less talent than J.S. who have achieved those times.

You said that one year ago. You still don't have a new site. You never do anything you say you will do. Your conference where you will prove your claims, getting back into shape, and now running easily sub 20:00, probably sub 17:30 in the World Masters Championships. Shame the mods don't delete this thread, because it is obviously just another attempt by you, a failed coach, to try and promote your horrible method. And before you think of replying, tell me if it's not true that almost one year ago you said you would soon have your new site up.

Look up the top 10-20-30 or 50 times just in Sweden and you will understand how mediocre his times are …. He was decent and only ran these times for his peak and not often - and he did it training the old fashioned way - not his lazy magical way

The Wizard would still be competitive today, as these are the top 10 Swedes for 10,000 in 2023.

You couldn't be more wrong. I did my best times when running 50- 60 mpw at age 25-28.A mediocre runner don't run 6th place at the marathon and 7th place at the 10000m in the Swedish Champs. And I think my very best race came in the European Cup 10 mile in Verona,Italy, where I placed 18th among 72 European elite runners in time 49:58 min. The race won by Gelindo Bordin who became the Olympic marathon Gold medalist 1988. The top Finn Marti Vainio was just a few positions before me.This done on my ' lazy program' running just 50 -60 mpw.😉 What I had changed in my training back then with my great experience today is just I had switched the tempos of 10-12 k I did at 3:15 min/ k to. lactate threshold intervals faster at 3:05- 3:08 min/ k.Now since 8 years back my longtime experience help runners at all levels all over the world to reach their optimal performences . 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

Sir, Wizard, the fact you ran 14:20, 29:50, 1:06:00, 2:22:00 on 50-60 miles a week is impressive. Those tempo runs at 3:05-3:15 seem to have paid off. Undoubtedly you were a very talented distance runner.
Teleported to today's era, with higher mileage (80 mpw) Supershoes, one can imagine you would have achieved 14:00/29:00/1:03:00/2:09:00-2:11:00. Similar times to Sifan Hassan, the super monster female from the Netherlands.

Ghost, I hate to break it to you, but JS already has a girlfriend. All your wooing and courting is just going to waste. Of course if he can't stay current on the payments then he'll be back on the market.

You are really strange. We know that Ghost 1 is a man and just one of my friends. And when it comes to my girlfriend it's a relationship built on true love even if she is 40 and I 64.
Name any recent performances of your so called athletes ? Your times are average and maybe if you were not so lazy back in your day and ran 70-90 mpw you could have run a sub 2:20 marathon- trust me I’ve run faster than you and enjoyed 100 m weeks

Well, Jsp Too had a good last race in the USA with his 28:13 10 k. And that performance was even more amazingly great due to special health problem I won't tell more about now. Now we build him up towards a couple of races in February. When it comes to my best marathon time 2:22:09 ( did the same exact time twice in Stockholm ) it was done in Stockholm marathon on a difficult course passing the Western bridge twice and both races in hot temperature.🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

I confirm that Stockholm used to be a challenging course. Dave Clarke, the former British cross country champion, and very good track performer, 3:39/7:50/13:22/27:56, won Stockholm, in 2:13:00 around 1983, and his intrinsic worth for the marathon would have been around 2:09:00-2:11:00, in those pre Supershoes days. Going by this, J.S. running 2:22:00 would have yielded 2:17:00/2:18:00 on faster courses with cooler temps.
The Wizard has always been more directed towards the performances of others, rather than his own, with the resultant results that he produced, in low mileage, compared with his Sverige elite peers.
