Happy to see Montana State getting solid recruits! Whoever is coaching up there is cooking something good. MSU made the national meet today with an at lager birth. Congrats to them for all their success!!

Ringert is going to be a stud for them. He had a coaching change this year and was under developed for his first 2 years.
Kentucky star Tula Fawbush will be running for Tennessee next year. Fawbush has run 2:14/4:49/10:28 and was a top 20 steepler nationally last season (6:58). Another good one for the Vols (thats the "Volunteers" for the pedantic bedwetters here with nothing else to contribute).

I've been keeping track of the top GIRLS commits and below are the top 125 sorted by 1600 time. Am sure I am missing some who only ran the mile, or great 800 or 3200 runners. Apologies to any I missed. Please help me fill in any that I don't have or are marked unknown.

Good stuff. Love the fem focus we need more of it here. To fill in some of your holes: Meg Madison: Princeton Reagan Gilmore: Florida Lucy Benton: Baylor Lindy White: Florida State Sophia Holgado: Virginia Tech Claire White: Iowa State Ava Thomas: Columbia
and as far as really fast (sub 4:50) girl milers not on this list I would add: Mia Prok: Wake Forest Kailey Littlefield: Oklahoma State Peyton Hollis: Duke Eliza White: BYU
and theres a ton of sub 5 kids as well.
You should also be tracking Isabel Conde De Frankenberg who has run 4:38 but still hasnt announced yet. Was just spotted visiting Texas recently. Shea is the obvious biggest name left but also Aagard and Leal. Aagard may have other things to consider because of her biking career.
Some top seniors on the speed rating list not mentioned above.
Overall/Senior/Rating
28/12/147 Haley Loewe - AR - Tennessee 34/14/146 Logan Hofstee - WA - Gonzaga 35/15/146 Jaynie Halterman - TN - Taylor 38/18/146 Alycia Hart - NY - ???
The list is not updated with the weekend results yet.
Hofstee got a 156 at NXR/NW which will put her in the top 10 overall.
Nice work on these lists. Note today is Nov 14, 2023 and most of this list for class of 24 is locked in already.
If you now come out of nowhere to win foot locker, you are already committed. If you now run spectacular times in indoor and outdoor track, you are already committed.
I haven't seen 1 NCAA coach say, we were going to take some of these top runners, but we could see they were over trained, so we went with a group of 5:20/18:00 girls that we can coach up.
It also appears that the top girls are not having a hard time finding schools.
Just hitting on some topics that come up all the time. Start early kids. Carry on.
I have 3 I'm my small town. Guessing they are part of the group that you are referencing. At least one of them has received almost no interest. She said that most coaches don't even respond.
4 girls in my area are looking. They are all around 4:58/10:45/18:00. One of them has a national class type 800 time also.
Without knowing more, I would assume this is a case of their school interests just not lining up with their talent levels. If they only are hitting up NAU, Ivy schools, and Stanford as opposed Wyoming and Arizona and other less deep D1 schools, that could explain the struggles.

Andie Aagard went on an official visit to BYU. Not sure where else she is considering though.
