Fine. The blame assigned on a message board is irrelevant. It is a waste of time. Many are allocating blame to this or that. It is fine but has no import in the real world. This is just largely venting. Many of you appear to be very unhappy.

Liberal vs Conservative is a lie.
It’s the rich vs the rest. They just tell us that we are team red or blue to keep us divided.
Baldwin and Trump are the same team. As Trump said, he could shoot someone in broad daylight and not go to jail.
The real indoctrination is that poor people have too many social differences to ever work as a singular force.
Would love to see Baldwin reprise his role as Trump and say that line about shooting someone in broad daylight. Sure to bring the laughs.

According to this article from Newsweek, Baldwin is unlikely to have any criminal charges filed against him:

Not his fault if he’s aiming at the camera and people are behind it….like the director cameraman and director of photography. Lots of scenes in movies and shows in which a person is shooting at the camera…. it may explain why he’s indirectly pointing at people. Also don’t know how far away the camera and people are… guns/shooters are not that accurate especially when fired by amateurs.
I was in a scene in a movie and I had to shoot towards the camera that was less than 20 feet away- there were a few people behind and beside the cameraman. If there were live rounds I’m sure one of my many shots would of hit someone… probably had at least two takes and there were 5 other shooters in the scene.. pointing and firing in different places all simultaneously. If anyone got shot, we wouldn’t have known until after the scene was done… shooting scenes can be chaotic and everyone is doing their bit as directed and you don’t stop until they stop filming the scene.
How do you ever get a pass shooting someone with a gun knowingly, or not?
Did you brandish the weapon? Yes
Did you aim it at human? Yes
Did you kill human? Yes
No "spin" on this gets a pass.
Why not his fault? If I unload my gun and pull the trigger aiming at my kitchen wall in my house and accidentally shoot my wife through the wall in the dining room, I think it is my negligence for not having fully unloaded the gun and alsso for not checking that someone was in the line of where I aimed. Baldwin is guilty of both things also.

Based on your 3-step analysis, Baldwin will be charged with murder 1.

TMZ reporting FBI at crime scene , Baldwin has a medical history of anti anger rage medication , maybe the murder was avoidable , did he stop taking it ?

The irony is how liberal Hollywood preaches anti gun yet their movies are filled with gun violence. Guns used safely to hunt and protect oneself are appropriate. However they rarely portray this responsible use of them. Looks like Baldwin’s chickens have come home too roost.
How about America's chickens have come home to roost? You love guns and your 2nd Amendment rights. Of course all your movies have to have guns in them. Hypocrites.

He was given the gun as a stage prop and was told by an assistant director it was safe. Murder? You are a moron.

It wasn't his gun. It was a stage prop that an assistant director assured him was "cold" i.e. safe. You are another moron.

If the actor wasn't Baldwin, there wouldn't be all these posts damning him.

You don't know what murder 1 is.

Murder requires intent. Being given a weapon that is a stage prop and being assured it is safe does not establish intent, but the lack of it.
The number of movies in which guns are used are innumerable. They are stage props. The actors would not be guilty of murder if for some reason the weapon was not safe. Dirty Harry aka Clint Eastwood would not have been guilty of murder if someone had failed to ascertain that his .44 Magnum was only loaded with blanks.
All these celebrity worshipers coming out in force in defense of their master are cracking me up.
Don't sweat it, your master won't do any time. Laws don't apply to celebrities.
