MHR during intervals was 164, was working them pretty hard.

Run 1:29 (MHR 148) rec jog HR down to 131.
Run 2;08 (MHR 151) rec jog HR down to 133.
Run 1:21 (MHR 155) rec jog HR down to 133.
Run 1:56 (MHR 159) rec jog HR down to 132.
Run 1:19 (MHR 160) rec jog HR down to 134.
Run 1:55 (MHR 164).
Last push for 1:51 (MHR 163).
