His A sample has been tested, and returned an adverse analytical finding. He was notified as such, and requested his B sample be tested.
That will be done in February - presumably scheduled so either Bol or a representative can be present to verify the sample 1) is his (they come uniquely numbered and you’re given a record of the number when you are tested) and 2) has not been tampered with (the bottles are designed so they can only be opened once).
Should the B sample match the A sample, he will be deemed to have tested positive and will be suspended. Beyond that not sure how it will play out. For example - he may chose to challenge this at CAS, or accept a shorter sentence for admitting wrong doing etc
