I don't know. If you have evidence of actual racism, I'm all ears. When I say actual evidence, I mean an email or an affidavit from someone quoting an owner that says something like "Even though Crennel is more qualified, I am going to hire x because he's white." You whining about racism doesn't mean it actually exists. What I have witnessed for decades is owners who are completely clueless on how to hire GMs and coaches and it has nothing to do with racism. I'm also not exactly an NFL owner fanboy and think that many of them are horrible people but I don't see much evidence of them being racists no matter how much the woke crowd complains.
This is a moronic take. Semi-competent people don't put their racism in emails. Asking for such evidence is just refusing to acknowledge a problem exist.
In the sane world, we look at patterns of facts and determine if they are reflective of racial bias... not wait until the wrong-doers roll over and say "you got me, I am racist!"
So you want to base your decisions off patterns right? So then it’s not racist for people to cross the street to avoid walking by a group of young black men? Patterns work both ways if that’s your argument.

Try to answer the question instead of answering with another question. I can give you a list of Black men who are qualified to be a head coach in the NFL. Let us see your list of white guys who deserve to be starting/playing cornerback in the nfl. I’ll wait……….
"Deserve"
There's your problem.
Entitlement.
Nobody owes you anything.
I’m still waiting on that list……….
Top of my head, Eric Bieniemy, Byron Leftwhich, Marcus Brady and, oh, Brian Flores. That's just top of my head.
These 4 deserve consideration over a number of the other retread coaches being rehired by teams.

Yes they all are legitimate candidates. The people getting hired are legitimate candidates as well, obviously. The lamestream liberal sports media/espn secretly wants the whotes to keep getting hired (though they will imply the opposite) because all espn cares about is ratings. Apparently they still believe race baiting works to attain them ratings. That could be true, but the act will eventually get tiresome and they'll have to find a new narrative to run a fake woke train through.
Many people are using the 1 black coach out of 32 positions compared with blacks composing 70% of NFL players as an indicator of bias.
People who interpret this as an indication of bias don't fully understand statistics dealing with small population sizes and as being a reflection of current status rather than a pattern. In 2011 there were 7 black head coaches. Does that indicate that the NFL was not biased then but 11 years later became biased.
No it reflects error variance due to a small population sample.

This is the problem...The wokes try to be mind readers and punish people based on speculation...Why are leftists so absolutely consumed by racism ? The American people are getting tired of it and the Democrats are going to loose the midterms because of it.

People like to think and talk about whatever is blasting on the mainstream media. The media subsequently takes advantage of this tendency of human nature to fulfill their agenda of attaining adequate ratings and propagating a narrative.
Race baiting generates ratings and attention. Simple as that.

Another supremacist who doesn't understand that you can use theoretical statistics to prove anything.
What do your precious alleged statistics tell us about all the racist texts and emails flying around the NFL evidencing oppression of blacks for the white establishment?

Just because you can make a list of "qualified people" doesn't mean they're getting the job.
Being qualified and being the MOST qualified are NOT the same thing.
You, being a stone cold racist, see skin color as the primary factor. They're black so they just MUST be the most qualified! SLAVERY!

"Oppression".... Jesus Christ...
People say unkind things about people all the time. There's only 1 group on earth that reacts like a toddler whenever they hear it.
There is ZERO chance you haven't said worse things than John Gruden said.

Wow I'm a "supremacist"? Quick to make assumptions on very limited information. Your comment doesn't even seem related to my post.
My post simply said you can't use the current stat of 1 black coach out of 32 as proof of racism. Oddly your first statement seems in agreement with that. Are you a "supremacist" too?

We know what your post was. Your post is "I want to magically pretend that 1 black coach out of 32 is not clear evidence of racism and supremacy. Trust me on that, because I'm good at mindless mumbo-jumbo statistical techniques."
The flawed ideas and analysis in your post will never see the light of day in a real court of justice. Excluded and Denied.

lol... child logic is cute.
I would need more facts. If the group of young black men looked like they were up to no good, then it would be wise to try and avoid a potential conflict and detour away. The same thing would be true for a group of young white men who looked like they were up to no good. I have detoured away from white people many times when it looked like it would be best to avoid any kind of confrontation. It has nothing to do with skin color. I think this country would be a whole lot better off if others made more of an effort to likewise avoid potentially bad situations. Instead, we have people too often looking for confrontation and then getting confrontation, which almost never is a good thing.
