Don't hold your breath. Speaking as yet another LRC attorney, I expect discovery in his potential criminal cases to continue for at least several more weeks. I would not expect any NYC indictment until after Labor Day, and would be surprised if GA handed down anything before the Fourth of July.
I've been wrong before and could be wrong about this as well, but if you're going to indict a former POTUS you'd better have *everything* nailed down--witnesses and their testimony and cooperation, documentation, etc.--and that takes time. Presenting all of that material to a grand jury, to procure an indictment, also takes time.
