“The Tonkin Incident was not the only case of a major war being launched under dubious circumstances. Here are some other examples.” THE GULF OF of Tonkin Incident is remembered as the de facto beginning of full-scale America...
So, what Russia is saying is that the sanctions are effective and hurting the Russian economy? I thought that was just Western propaganda. It's so cute how Russia thinks it matters on the global stage.
What does it say about the intelligence of Tsar Putin and Russian military leadership when they're getting decimated by a former comedian? Maybe it's because Putin enjoys the company of barnyard animals, like this fine stallion...
By appearing in nature bare-chested, Russian Prime Minister Vladimar Putin cultivates the macho image that Russians appear to love as they look to him to keep the country stable and strong.

"The big news today is that those evil Russkies have fired a Tochka-U missile with a cluster warhead at the city of Kramatorsk, killing scores of innocent civilians. The “entire civilized world” is disgusted and immediately announced even MORE sanctions, MORE condemnation and MORE anti-Russian virtue signalling. Minor problem: Russia does not have Tochka-U missiles, which are 30 year old Soviet missiles which have been far surpassed by modern Russian missiles (of which Russia has plenty enough)
It was an attention-grabbing assertion that made headlines around the world: U.S. officials said they had indications suggesting Russia might be preparing to use chemical agents in Ukraine.
President Joe Biden later said it publicly. But three U.S. officials told NBC News this week there is no evidence Russia has brought any chemical weapons near Ukraine. They said the U.S. released the information to deter Russia from using the banned munitions.
It’s one of a string of examples of the Biden administration’s breaking with recent precedent by deploying declassified intelligence as part of an information war against Russia. The administration has done so even when the intelligence wasn’t rock solid, officials said, to keep Russian President Vladimir Putin off balance. Coordinated by the White House National Security Council, the unprecedented intelligence releases have been so frequent and voluminous, officials said, that intelligence agencies had to devote more staff members to work on the declassification process, scrubbing the information so it wouldn’t betray sources and methods. Observers of all stripes have called it a bold and so far successful strategy — although not one without risks.
In other words, US "intelligence" is making all this stuff up. The media admits as much and then defends it as an effective tactic vs. Russia. It, of course, is not aimed at and does not affect Russia. The lies are aimed at the American public
"The US intelligence community has been walking on thin ice since its use of politicized intelligence to manufacture a case for war against Iraq in 2003. Now, the revelations that the US intelligence community is releasing sub-standard intelligence, knowing that it might be false and misleading, to shape US and global public opinion against Russia, should drive a stake through the heart of US credibility – or at the very least make the American public, and the world community, ask themselves whether they can ever again take US intelligence assertions at face value."

You want to believe this clown who dances bare chested in high heels and shorts is a war hero I can't help you
Thankfully, I don't need you help. I already believe that the Zelensky, the person that has been leading Ukraine and humiliating Russia for the last 6 weeks, is a war hero. Rest assured, I get great please from how distraught you are about an ex-KGB agent being embarrassed by an actor.

You're behind. Go back a few days and read all the posts that show the Russia does still have Tochka-U missiles.

So, what you're saying is that US intelligence is staying one step ahead of the inept Putin, like when they correctly said that Russia was massing troops on the border under the guise of a training exercise, but were really going to invade Ukraine? You're saying that the US is selectively releasing intelligence to influence Russia's military doctrine? That's effin' brilliant and just shows one more arena where Russia is completely incompetent. Basically you're saying the Russian military is losing to CNN. Man, maybe all the Russian soldiers that are dying agonizing deaths from acute radiation syndrome after playing in the Red Forest decided that was a better option than actually living in Russia.

You’re right Carmine. But one thing about this confuses me.
How did our comrades know what kind of missile it was before anyone else knew seeing as they did not launch the missile or were there to see it hit?

They are not going to release information that would put Ukrainian troops and citizens in harms way.
The US currently has no interest in a conflict with Russia. The democrats are not interested in losing seats in November. The US does not want to overextend itself while North Korea, Iran and potentially the big threat China needs to be watched. The US government wants this to end. If they were going to lie, it would be in a way to de-escalate tensions.

So you do believe it?
Without embarrassment?
What is there to be embarrassed about? I'm confident enough in my masculinity that I'm not threatened by men who dance bare chested in high heels and shorts. You're not? Now, I will admit to being terrified of the image of Putin's saggy boobs jiggling like a bowl of jello while he sat bare chested on a horse. I mean, somebody get that man a bra.
