At this point, every last one of them has gone full conspiracy theorist: the election was stolen, all media organizations are controlled by cosmopolitan oligarchs, the virus was manufactured and released by Big Pharma, etc. You'd think there would still be some who would reject the obvious paranoid delusions but still argue on the basis of scientific fact. But no, they all chime in with approval when someone posts obvious disinformation from RT or even less credible sites. It's sad and distressing.
In some ways it makes sense. The only factions still pumping out spin that supports their views are highly fringe. So they get sucked in, even if they started out fairly reasonable.
I agree the lack of self-awareness is troubling.

Its true. If you engage even moderated antivaxxers now you end up finding out that the deaths were fakes and China made the virus and released it as a bio weapon!
There’s no room for nuance left which says a lot about what denier-fearmongers have decided to keep babbling on these boards
