The Russians are facing heavy condemnation for war crime claims against civilians, a good many of which have merit. They'd be keeping a low profile, not raising it.
Targeting a train station full of people makes no sense militarily. Hitting it would only serve to make them more of a pariah.
Painting "For Children" on a missile. It strains belief Russians would do that.
But if you wanted to draw horns and a spike tail on the Russians, may as well give them a pitchfork, too.
The missile is one the Ukraine side is known to have used 4 times already in the conflict, and which the Russian side has not used and was acknowledged not to have - until today, it's said.
As sickening as it seems, a Ukraine false flag makes the most sense.
