Catching up after returning from a Spring Break vacation with the family. Spent some time getting heat acclimated in Orlando (and walking far too many steps every day). The humidity in Orlando was putting my GI in fits so I didn't end up doing a workout while on vacation. So I'm sputtering to the finish of my Boston training block and not happy with my overall fitness, but next week I'll be laced up and go as hard as I'm able. Anyway, here's a 2-week update.

S: 6x mile with 1:45 recovery. Run as a rehearsal with first 2 miles getting out conservative, 2 miles around GMP, and 2 miles closing harder (6:06, 5:59, 5:53, 5:52, 5:46, 5:40) 11 miles total
