Biden says ‘M-AGA crowd’ is ‘most extreme political organization’ in recent U.S. history … just hours after liberal pro-abortion activists in LA hurl rocks and bottles at cops and injure an officer.
Brandon is clueless.
It was mostly peaceful, I'm sure.
(disclaimer: don't take this to mean I think the far-right is necessarily any better, they just get worse publicity).
Since they nominated and continued to support Trump, the right COULD NOT have more fully earned their bad publicity. They lie in the bed they made. No tears.
So now the mag'as are talking about killing the filibuster next year and enacting a national abortion ban. And banning the Plan B pill.
Will be hard for the trumpists not to go along with it...otherwise you get primaried and called a RINO.
Welcome to heck, America. National minority rule will not be fun.
Where's the link agip? Otherwise, you're just throwing out bullsh!t.
You think no mag/as are talking about going for a national abortion ban? Are you nuts? That's one of their highest priorities. Not sure where you get your news.
How about the Washington Post? Good enough source for you?
Remember that transgenders the #1 threat to the nation and the Dems don't know the difference between a boy and a girl. Never forget that. It's what should decide your vote.
/sarcasm
You literally just nominated a birthing person to the Supreme Court who said ze has no idea what a woman was because ze isn't a biologist.
You're "over your skis" on every single topic.
About skis, it's annoying enough to see a complete moran like you constantly pretend that you're otherwise. That much more when you reward some modesty on the part of an adult poster with a di**h*** reply to it.
Good arguments. Good. Modesty. Good. You have neither. agip has both.

This link talks about a 6-week abortion ban. Nothing about plan B. Unlikely to pass, and likely unconstitutional with the current court. And, nobody advocating getting rid of the filibuster. Aren't you glad Joe Manchin didn't get rid of that?
We are getting to the point where 401K's are beginning to go negative since Brandon took office. All major indices are in the RED for 2022.
Lets go Brandon!

If you are not planning to retire soon, it's an opportunity to buy more shares at low prices.
If you are planning to retire soon, you've done so well in the market over the years that a short term dip doesn't matter.
In terms of the 401k, the thing to worry about is not what the market has done recently. The thing to worry about is that the younger generation will impose new taxes on our accounts to pay for our reckless destruction of the environment.

I see little doubt that the mag/as will try to ban abortion nationally and probably any form of birth control that happens after fertilization.
and they will try to end the filibuster to do it. Probably they have to wait for an R president tho, because of the veto.
will they actually end the filibuster? Who knows. But they are thinking about that.

Well your source didn't back up any of that speculation. But aren't you glad Democrats didn't already end the filibuster for them?

it's absurd to think that the mag'as aren't talking and thinking about a full-on abortion ban in this country. My claim is that they were talking about it. They are talking. They are planning. This is not disputable. No one could possibly argue that they are not talking about it.
As for the filibuster...certainly more dems want to kill the filibuster than Rs, right now. because they have all three levers but can't do very much.
When/if the Rs have unified government, that will flip the other way. If the Rs get all three levers and don't ban abortion nationally, they will come under tremendous pressure from the mag'as to end the filibuster and ban abortion and probably IUDs.
And in a sense...the filibuster hurts representative democracy. we give a party unified control but they can't do very much. Why not let them govern and then make them face the voters and answer for their votes? The filibuster lets Senators be cowards. Suboptimal.

I asked agip about getting a link regarding his filibuster claim not about abortion. In any event, the GOP position regarding abortion is about leaving it up to the individual states/ state rights. Agip is wrong again.

Any source for your specific claims that Republicans are calling for a nationwide ban on IUDs?
Of course you can find SOMEONE on Twitter talking about it just like I can find sitting congresspeople talking about abolishing the police.

nationwide? No.
But some states (Louisiana for one) have in the works laws that define life from fertilization. Several forms of birth control have secondary methods of ending pregnancies that work post-fertilization. IUDs are one of those. So by a 'life starts at fertilization' law, several forms of birth control would technically be murder and punishable by law if you use them.
