They're a few minutes out here and there, but very tricky to compare time of day, with time of run - lots of little issues at play. But that 8.3 in 63 is a spot on match for a spell just after 4 hours for instance. And later, completely wild stuff with that 13.7, so even harder to match.
Basically though, yes, you have their definition for strain numbers and they would make zero sense in this scenario. Plus, on the long Strain explanation in their literature you just seem to get a big circle with your daily STRAIN rate denoted. Not laid out like this.
And no way would Strain be a 20.4 of a possible max 21 for a leasurely 20k first thing in the morning, before suddenly dropping to 8.3 for a quick section with 8.3 described by Strain as "minimal stress on the body."
If these numbers were Strain, the only ones that would make sense would be the two 13s. The others - no. Not sure who said these numbers were Strain, but probably just a misunderstanding by them, rather than deliberate red herring.
