what a great week to be a Hobbs Kessler fan does he just do the 800 at the Olympics? Gotta think he's got a better shot at a medal this year after running 6 races in 10 days and finishing with a 1:43 pb
I'm going to make a bold prediction here right now.
If Kessler runs extremely well in this 8 final (and I believe he will and can possibly win), Vincent Ciattei might find himself on an Olympic team. This comes from a few whispers I have heard over the last couple of days....

Watch this space….
This would be interesting…I’m not sure about it though!
1230, 1152, 1123. 1123 (random outdoor 13:27) gets replaced by 1173 points for 13:10 + 50 for 1223 total
So (1230 + 1223 + 1152) / 3 = 1201. Not high enough. Don't think he makes it
The system seems unfair to young collegians having breakout seasons like Wolfe. He’s only - what - 20 years of age? He hasn’t had time to go to Europe or race the circuit and garner points. Blanks is a well-deserved 3rd pick, but rewarded over Wolfe for having his breakout a year earlier really.
Blame NCAA for not fighting for a higher level meeting
