The original title has been changed to make it more accurate. The original title was: Middle schoolers who protested trans athlete in girls shotput competition banned from future competitions.
That is not what's going on here. Good grief, man.
These are just people who want to live their lives the way they want to, brother. Just because it's not what you would do doesn't mean mental illness is a part of its creation. You need some self reflection.
Instead of engaging in "self reflection," I've listened to countless experts who have treated children with gender identity issues--particularly the ones who provided mental healthcare to children and families before the recent trans mania took hold. You can listen to them on the Gender: A Wider Lens podcast and read their work in academic journals and books. Some of these groundbreaking scholars were hounded out of their fields by activists, which is why we now have a quasi-religious ideology embedded in institutions that are supposed to provide evidence-based treatment.
I understand how people get on board with current trans ideology because their arguments sometimes touch on aspects of reality; what's more difficult for me to understand is how somebody can continue to hold such beliefs when the contradictions and absurdities are pointed out to them.
Do you really think that "female" brains are born in "male" bodies and vice versa? That's the basic argument forwarded by trans advocates today--that in addition to the assertion that sex is not binary. What's interesting is that doctors and psychologists actually explored this hypothesis several decades ago when trying to understand children with cross-sex identification. They thought that the children might have intersex conditions. They don't.
The sex-nonconformity hypothesis is supported for some kids. This is where it's very important to disentangle child reasoning from logical reasoning. A boy who wants to play with Barbie dolls who is told, either explicitly or implicitly, that Barbies are for girls may conclude that his intense desire to do things that girls do make him a girl in some way. It does not. In the past, adults and professionals held the line and waited for the child to grow up. Identifying with the other sex does not make one a member of that sex.
Now, we have a whole cadre of "professionals" who think that children too young to form memories (and therefore have no sense of autobiographical self in relation to society) are capable of expressing a trans identity. One such person is Diane Ehrensaft, who was also involved in the Satanic Panic of the 1990s. These are adults projecting their own bizarre world views onto the children for whom they should be caring. I'm pretty sure it was Ehrensaft who said in a public speech that one way a boy baby might express his female gender identity is by playing with the loose fabric on an unsnapped onesie; by her account, he's making a skirt out fo the fabric, which means he knows he's actually a girl. If you listen to stories of very public trans mothers, you'll find lots of similar stories--either that or an intensely homophobic parent who suddenly had an ephipany that their proto-gay son is actually a girl. How convenient! These mothers write books, do speaking tours, etc, and they get heaps of praise for how loving and supportive they are. I'd bet my life that you'll find elevated rates of personality disorders in these parents. Munchausen by proxy is essentially a manifestation of a personality disorder. Personality disorder traits are publicly observable, since the diagnosis is based on behavior patterns. This means that people well-versed in personality disorders can watch these trans mothers and see the traits manifested publicly. That said, most parents of these kids were probably emotionally blackmailed by brainwashed professionals.
In addition to those with personality-disordered parents are children with budding personality disorders, themselvses. This is more likely in high school and college-age people. Trans ideology allows a person to assert control over those around them by insisting that those people accept their version of reality on demand. It allows males to abuse females while making it impossible to label the behavior as anti-girl and woman (the topic of this thread, BTW), permits pretty much all trans identifiers to be perpetrators while playing the victim, and allows people to baldly violate social boundries.
However, the most common motivation for transition today is probably other mental health disorders and autism. In teen girls, trans identification allows them to enact violence against their bodies in a socially acceptable way. Prior means include EDs, cutting, and extreme aesthetic body modifications.
Lastly, I'm not a dude or a brother.
1) You're full of sh!t.
2) What I BELIEVE is that people should be allowed to live their lives as they wish as long as their lifestyle doesn't negatively affect me, and a transperson doesn't negatively affect me at all. It doesn't matter to me the reason someone might want to live a life as a gender (which is a social construct) other than the one that is typically associated with their biological sex. While I don't choose that for myself and feel no urge to do that, there are lots of things I don't do that others do that don't negatively affect me, and so I couldn't care less...tattoos, piercings, moderate to heavy drinking (responsibly...not talking about drunk driving), smoking, vaping, listening to rap, wearing a flat-brimmed hat, owning a cat, owning a truck, eating eggplant, clog dancing.
3) Are you against breast augmentation? Weight reduction surgery? Face lifts? Butt lifts? Eye lifts? Mole removal (for aesthetic reasons only)? Liposuction? Tattoos? Piercings?
4) What is WAY more absurd to me than someone wanting to live their life as a gender other than the one typically associated with their biological sex is that people believe there is an invisible all-knowing, all-powerful God (who looks like man, and specifically a man) in the sky. Um...ok.
Transpeople are innocuous. Worry about your damn self.
related point but i bring up intersex because contrary to the F-grade level biology paper someone posted saying "there are just two sexes," anyone who took a genetics or bio class in 50 years knows otherwise. all sorts of genetic conditions. as well as intersex stuff by happenstance. you can run your mouth on trans. the intersex stuff is still an issue. the whole thing is an issue.
what it boils down to, to me, is we historically treated people who felt these feelings, like crap. some kill themselves. the response to them is somewhat lessening, but because they had pariah status, we haven't figured out how to integrate. as i argued, will there be 3 boxes -- an in between box -- or are we gonna have the fake 2 box debate, which is contrary to science regardless what you think of trans, as intersex stuff exists and is often genetic. there is a reason WA has spent years fumbling around with this, is it would be uncool to shut people out for life but what then to do.
Mate, it sounds like you're the one who needs to brush on biology.
There are indeed only two sexes. Because sex describes a method of reproduction. In sexual reproduction, the creation of new offspring requires the merging of two different kinds of reproductive cells or gametes. In sexual reproduction, the only way new organisms come into being is when a large female gamete, known as an ova/egg, is fertiized by a small male gamete, known as a sperm.
Sexual reproduction is the sole or main method of reproduction for nearly all the species of plants and animals on earth.
In a handful of species, such as slugs and clownfish, individuals have the capacity or the potential capacity to generate both female and male gametes.
But in most species, including humans and all other mammals, individuals develop the anatomy and physiology - aka "the body plan" - that gives them the potential to generate just one kind of gamete - ova/eggs or sperm. Not both.
The organs that ova/eggs and sperm come from are known as gonads. Female gonads are called ova. Male gonads are called testes. People with female gonads are females. People with male gonads are males.
Some people have health conditions that cause their gonads not to develop properly or not to develop at all during gestation, or not to work properly once they've developed. As a result they never are able to generate gametes. But they are still male or female. It's just that they're males or females who are infertile/sterile.
In humans, there are approximately 40 different medical conditions that are considered DSDs, disorders or differences of sex development. These conditions are well described in the medical literature, and the causes for most of them have been identified.
People with DSDs do not constitute a third, fourth, fifth sex - they do not have novel kinds of gonads that give them the potential to generate additional kinds of gametes beyond sperm or ova. There are no other kinds gametes, just sperm and ova.
When people with DSDs have the potential to generate gametes, their potential is confined to gametes of only one kind - sperm or eggs. Not both.
People with also DSDs don't exist in some strange no-man's/no-woman's land between the sexes neither here nor there the way the term "intersex" suggests. People with DSDs are male or female like the rest of us are. They are just males and females with physical anomalies.
Most people with DSDs came into the world with normally developed and functioning ovaries or testes. The only exceptions are people with two vanishingly rare DSDs: gonadal dysgenesis, who have clumps of nonfunctional tissue known as "streak gonads" instead of actual gonads; and ovotesticular DSD, who have both kind of gonadal tissue present in some stage of development, but not both kinds of gonads in fully developed, functioning form. (To date, only about 600 cases of ovotesticular DSD have been recorded.)
Nearly all the people with DSDs whose sex classification has been a thorny issue in sports over the years are males with a handful of disorders of male sex development born with normal male gonads, testes, who want to compete in the female category.
All the well-known athletes with DSDs who've mounted legal cases and public campaigns claiming they have a have a right to compete in female sports - such as Caster Semenya, Dutee Chand and Maria Jose Martinez Patino - have DSDs that only occur in males.
A 11 yr shouldn't be allowed to abort her child, because the unborn baby is a human being with his/her own human rights to life, not because the child mother is too young to make the choice to murder her baby. Moreover, that baby is likely evidence of pedophilia and/or incest, and the Democrats want that baby quietly murdered in a way that won't bring criminal investigation.
The only people I've ever heard make the last point of yours in tragic cases of child pregnancy are extremely religious rightwing men so heartlessly patriarchal and misogynistic that they don't have an ounce of compassion for little girls who've been the victim of rape. I always cringe when this lame line of reasoning is trotted out by men like Matt Walsh because it just goes to show that the blokes who employ it are utterly clueless about the basic facts of paternity testing that are pretty common knowledge amongst women - especially women who've been pregnant ourselves.
When a child becomes pregnant, it's not necesary to make her give birth to find out who raped and impregnated her. DNA paternity testing can be performed as early as week 7 of pregnancy by taking a sample of blood drawn from the pregnant girl's arm in the standard way and testing it using highly accurate methods of DNA anyalyis developed specifically to establish paternity in the first trimester in the case of pregnancies that are the result of sexual abuse. From a paper "Early noninvasive prenatal paternity testing by targeted fetal DNA analysis" published in the journal Nature last year:
DIP-STR markers (deletion/insertion polymorphisms-short tandem repeats markers) can be used to detect paternal alleles in cffDNA from seven weeks into pregnancy, and a small set of markers (about 40) is sufficient to address the question of paternity.
Paternity can also be established as early as 9 weeks of pregnancy through DNA testing of a tiny bit of tissue taken from the placenta through more invasive means known as chorionic villi sampling or CVS. This method has been in use since the 1980s.
If a girl who's become pregnant through rape has an abortion or miscarriage, paternity be easily be established by DNA testing of some of the fetal/embryonic tissue after the termination. Moreover, samples of the tissue can be preserved for further testing and to be used as evidence in charging and prosecuting the man or teenage boy who got the girl pregnant in the first place.
So if you're really dead-set on forcing poor 11 year old girls who've become pregnant through rape to give birth, you better come up with another justification than the lame one you and other cruel men have mustered, mate. Because it's simply not true that the only way criminal investigtors can obtain evidence to prosceute and convict a child molestor for raping and impregnating an 11 year old girl is by forcing the poor child to undergo the additional traumas of carrying the pregnancy to viability and giving birth to a live baby.
Ok RunRagged, we'll make a deal. We'll allow unlimited abortions for all women who are raped and/or victims of incest. Forever we'll put that in law to protect women who were violated in those ways from having to birth a child produced those ways. In trade however, we'll stop all other abortions where the pregnancy simply happened due to bad decisions by the man and woman so as to not kill those unborn babies simply due to the mother's promiscuous lifestyle.
We know from the experience of the Italian castrati who went on to become world-famous opera singers that even when males have their testicles cut off at 8, 9 and 10 and thus do not go through any of the aspects of male puberty of adolescence that are solely driven by the massive amounts of gonadal testosterone adolescent and adult males typically produce, they still develop physical traits that are distinctly male and which give them an unfair advantage over females in most sports. Such as much larger and more powerful male lungs and thoraxes, and throats with much greater volume that make it much easier to take in and expel a lot more air and to do so much faster.
I thought I had seen it all on LetsRun but never thought we'd be discussing the castrati. I'm not familiar with their outcomes but that is actually a decent analogy. What did we learn from them? I don't know and am asking.
if you can't handle your compromise, it's time for the 3rd box to shut you up. but you're not going to like that much more if this is really about pushing religion and the 2 boxes.
What's the problem with saying sport is on sex and not gender?
You would really want to create a transgender category? We do have non binary now in some running events.
What's wrong with telling this kid: you're always be a male. You can take a bunch of drugs and have surgery to try and change your appearance and physical characteristics but you are a male. You weren't born the wrong sex. Your sex is just a fixed thing and that's how we assign sport.
You can say their "gender" doesn't match their sex if you want but I guess what's wrong to these kids to presenting it like this to them. It is accurate instead of telling them they were assigned the wrong sex at birth.
Letsrun is the only site calling for violence against these trans children. Track&Field News doesn't do it, Runners World doesn't do it. I love how one person in the comments talk about Muslims "who hang trans and gay people in Muslim countries" are right and one comment of a person talks about his hatred for these trans children. One of these trans children are going to be killed and it's going o come back to Letsrun.com, because the people who run this site have the same hatred for these children, just like in the past some people hade hatred for black people, hatred for Jews, hatred for gays people. Hate is Hate and there is plenty of it on Letsrun.com
I just went and looked through this thread. Post #4 says, "Islam is right about trans." but I see nothing about the calls of violence you are mentioning above. Is that what you are saying the post is implying?
Email me if you think we should remove post #4.
What a religion thinks about trans people isn't relevant to the middle school shot put question so it could easily be removed for being off topic but I'm generally fine for people discussing what a religion thinks about a certain issue.
Transpeople are innocuous. Worry about your damn self.
The bizarre idea that some people are born "trans," as opposed ot the observation that some people modify their bodies to fit in with the other sex, is one of the most dangerous ideas in recent history.
I worry about other people because I'm not a psychopath, and I understand that children are incapable of understanding the risks of social and medical gender transition. I'm also a woman and understand that a small subset of narcissists and psychosexual predators can (and have) easily take advantage of postmodern trans ideology to torment girls and women.
Lastly, the belief in innate gender identity--indeed the very concept of gender identity--is no more grounded in material reality than the belief in God.
I emailed the poster above as well. We at LetsRun certainly aren't advocating for violence against people and don't want our visitors as well. Just want to state that.
Plenty of the girls and women who don't want males using gender identity claims to horn in on female sports and spaces are lesbians and bisexual.
Chances are good that one of the five middle-school shot put athletes in WV who participated in the protest against the court decision in the Becky Pepper Jackson case will grow up to be lesbian or bisexual.
Plenty of gay men are against the way the T is being used to dismantle the hard-won rights of women and girls, and to redefine same-sex attraction as same-gender attraction.
Plenty of LGB people resent the authoritarian way that gender identity idelogues have decided to force the unwanted labels "cis" and "cisgender" onto the general population.
Plenty of LGB people hate that the male Ts and their misogynistic allies are telling girls and women that female human beings are no longer to be recognized as a distinct sex class that by definition does not include any males.
Plenty of LGB people are mighty pissed off that the male supremacist "trans rights" lobby has decided that women and girls (the female kind) should no longer be allowed to have any words, sports, spaces or sevices just for us from which all males are excluded simply coz they are male.
Plenty of LGB people are offended and angered by the way that gender identity ideologues demean girls and women by inventing and calling us dehumanzing newfangled names - such as menstruators, bleeders, uterus havers, cervix owners, birthing people, birthing bodies, bodies with vaginas, milk producers and non-men.
Plenty of LGB people are appalled at the way that "gynephilic" aka heterosexual or bisexual trans-identified males denigrate, perv on and prey on lesbians specifically, demanding that exclusively same-sex attracted women date and bed them - and calling lesbians bigots and "genital fetishists" for not being willing to date so-called "transwomen" and not doing so-called "girl dick."
Pleny of LGB people think that transgenderism is homphobic at heart.
The data released so far about the recipients of "youth gender medicine" to date in the UK, the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries show that nearly all the children and adolescents subjected to the Dutch protocol of "gender affirming care" that you promote - meaning "puberty blockers" followed by cross-sex hormones and surgeries - were or grew up to be same-sex attracted.
In other words, the kids who've been and still are being sterilized and robbed of their ability to have normal sexual function by the so-called "Dutch protocol" that you shill for are kids who would have grown up to be lesbian women, gay men or bisexuals if only they'd been allowed to develop without their healthy bodies being medically interfered with.
Many LGB people believe that the medical abuses being done to poor kids like Becky Pepper Jackson that you call "gender affirming care" actually amount to "transing away the gay."
You are completely missing the point of the TIME article I posted. (You probably didn't read it because it contradicts with your ideology.)
It is entirely irrelevant how many LGB people resent or hate trans people. It is entirely irrelevant how many are pissed off or offended by trans people.
German conservatives resented and hated Communists and Social Democrats. They were pissed off and offended by Communists and Social Democrats. They thought eliminating the threats of Communists and Social Democrats was urgent. So they formed an unholy alliance with a guy who looked like a "useful idiot" who could help them to achieve their goal. They didn't know they would be the next targets once Communists and Social Democrats were eliminated.
LGB people can hate and resent trans people all they want. But it will be suicidal to embolden the organizations that will attack them in future.
Oh good grief. I did not say that say that "LGB people hate and resent trans people." I said plenty of LGB people are against many of the things being done in the name of "trans rights" and specficially the entitled, abusive, harmful, male-supremacist ways that some selfish, arrogant, narcissistic male Ts are behaving - especially towards girls and women, including those who are lesbians and bisexual.
Hating, resenting and othewise taking issue with the way people behave and the belief systems they are promoting is not the same as hating the people themselves.
I also said that many LGB people think gender ideology is homophobic - as well as sexist, misogynistic and male supremacist.
How about you address the points I made about the homophobia in this section of my post:
Pleny of LGB people think that transgenderism is homphobic at heart.
The data released so far about the recipients of "youth gender medicine" to date in the UK, the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries show that nearly all the children and adolescents subjected to the Dutch protocol of "gender affirming care" that you promote - meaning "puberty blockers" followed by cross-sex hormones and surgeries - were or grew up to be same-sex attracted.

Many LGB people believe that the medical abuses being done to poor kids like Becky Pepper Jackson that you call "gender affirming care" actually amount to "transing away the gay."
What's your response to that?
You advocate messing with the fragile psyches of impressionble, confused little kids who will likely grow up to be same-sex attracted - aka LGB - by getting them to believe they were "born in the wrong body," then convincing them that their supposedly "wrong bodies" can be fixed by going on a steady diet of Big Pharma products that will leave them sterilized and robbed of normal sexual function and pleasure, then going under the knife to have healthy major organs amputated.
You call this "gender affirming care" for youth and you spout the lie that it's "life saving." Many other people including legions who are LGB call it medical malpractice.
dude, don't give me some lame science lecture that basically for its most part repeats what i just said -- that there are all sorts of genetic and accidental conditions where one is not neatly male or female -- perhaps has aspects of both, or can be changed one to the other -- then somehow reach the untenable conclusion everyone is "either" male or female. while true for most people, for x% of people, they have some degree of both sets of genitalia. that is not "either" except as forced legality or we literally go snip snip medically.
i mean you kept droning on half-informed about DSD without acknowledging the physical manifestations and their meaning in sex. eg ovotesticular syndrome (a DSD) where gonads might have expressions of both sexes. used to be called "true hermaphrodites."
if you literally have both sets, which box do you go? we can force parents to tick a box, but you will still have both parts. it's fake. we can, to the extent possible, try and force a singular medical solution, but it may not be physically possible, and it would be an effort to "fix" what you deny exists.
I also said that many LGB people think gender ideology is homophobic - as well as sexist, misogynistic and male supremacist.
Do you know that most "LGBTQ" organizations are controlled by cis white gay men? Do you also know that they are mostly indifferent to this issue of trans people in sports? Do you know that the biggest supporters of trans people in sports (other than the trans people themselves) are cis lesbians? Cis gay men scoff at them saying "you are interested in sports because you are lesbian. We hated gym classes."
And we have been told this weird theory over and over about how trans girls are actually gay boys who were being forced to transition by homophobic parents. And yet, once they transition, they somehow assault cis girls in locker rooms and bathrooms. They claim to be "lesbians' and call cis lesbians "transphobic" if they refuse to date trans women. Something just does not add up.
And if gay kids are indeed "transed away" then we should expect to see inverse correlation between young people who identify as gay/lesbians and those who identify as trans. But the opposite is the case. Why do so many of them identify as lesbians and bisexuals if they were "transed away" by their homophobic parents?
i like the idea of an open division. girls who want to compete with boys, or vice versa. trans. intersex. paralympics/wheelchair. JV kids who want in the varsity meet but they're out of slots for that event.
people mock diversity, people mock trans, but i don't think many conservatives think very hard about who the current system excludes. when i heard my area was adding wheelchair categories (when someone enters) i thought it was awesome. but it was also a little bit of "why did i never think of it at the time."
we don't think about who is not at the meet. trans should be in the meets like everyone else, and not in some forced gender category they don't believe in. if you aren't willing to do "female" then it's time for "open" or "nonbinary," ie, 3rd categories.
I just went and looked through this thread. Post #4 says, "Islam is right about trans." but I see nothing about the calls of violence you are mentioning above. Is that what you are saying the post is implying?

Nice solipsistic moral code you've got there, pal. Everyone on earth can do whatever the hell they want to other people, no matter how harmful or heinous, but so long as it doesn't negatively affect you personally, you don't care.
Reminds me of the British expression "I'm all right, Jack," an oft-heard
remark indicating smug and complacent selfishness
People say I'm all right, Jack to mean that their own situation is good and they do not care about anyone else.

do you get where they see themselves as other side of the fence and you're like, no, back the side of the fence "i" see you as? in some ways it's about who gets to decide. they want to decide in terms of their existence. you want to have a biological veto. no, back in your box. that box may have little to do with how they live their life.
at its worst this turns into teachers being licensed to refuse pronouns/genders. which is essentially a slur if you see yourself as female. and to be blunt, people suffering through this may feel it's not some purist biological exercise, but really about owning the libs or beating up on a socially weak group. or enforcing your religious beliefs on someone else. are we doing democracy and freedom or not? this is a tad authoritarian a response.
last, y'all usually want to talk "trans" because it's treated and derided as a choice. there is also "intersex" which doesn't get waved away with a wand as they had no choice, or if they had a choice, it was a forced legal one -- check a box on a birth certificate (and only one) -- regardless what the kid has.
and lest we pretend this is all politics, the game here is unless the trans competed as their old bio selves, they historically would have joined the list of kids we just excluded from sports. initially women. but also historically disabled/paralympics, special olympics, many intersex, trans who want to be themselves. mores are changing over time and it's like, why do they have to have their own separate meets. why aren't they in school sports. i am sure kids have wanted to do this for decades. it is just now someone is listening. since i don't want my life run by a theocratic state, and the boxes are ceasing to work well, carve something out. y'all can try and overpoliticize it but to me it's basically, quit being jerks, get them in the meets somehow. and as i underlined, 20/25 of the kids who showed up seemed to be of, whether eager or grudgingly, "get on with it." if you think this ends up unfair, first off, show me it's really unfair as a whole and not just anecdotes, and then come up with an answer other than, go away, kid.
to underline what i mean by is this really a problem, setting aside absolutism -- any one is bad -- what percent of athletics is this affecting? how many meets in the area, state, country had this concern. even within that meet, no one is beefing about anyone in the boys category even if a girl snuck in somehow. in any event. from first to last.
on the girl's side of the ledger, this affected zero running events. or relays. not the vault/jumps. from first to last. no, for all this ink and web chatter, it affected 1 placement each, 2 events total. another kid won 1 of them. 7 other kids presumably placed. dozens competed.
in reality, it looks to me like their finishes vary, like normal kids. some are good, some mediocre, some lousy. like any other girl. they just run with the winner kid stories longer, as, duh, it's less persuasive when joey-as-jane finishes 15th, which does happen often enough it seems, when the hall monitors on here start posing every story.
no, for all this print you'd think the whole meet was dominated and in crisis, nay, the whole state. overridden. as opposed to, for all i know, this one kid in the whole state of WV. who didn't compete in 90%+ of the events that day. who hogged a grand total of 2 podium slots. who didn't win by 10 yards.
sorry, but at that point this feels a little "participation trophy," we owe your kid that one first place in that one meet among the hundreds of meets last weekend at HS and middle school levels in the whole state.
I'm sure the middle schoolers thought of this on their own. This has everything to do with their parents. Nobody is losing out on anything at this level of competition. How many trans middle school shot putters are there? That's why all of this is a joke. Nobody should be putting the amount of energy into this that they are. There are very few trans athletes and nobody is transitioning to throw shot put. Let federations/associations figure it out instead of teaching your kids hate.
What's the problem with saying sport is on sex and not gender?

This is Orwellian. You're suggesting that teachers ought to be compelled to use preferred pronouns and accusing them of hate speech if they don't. This is metaphorically equivalent to demanding that all people refer to priests as "Father." Those who use this hornorific sincerely belive that the priest is a conduit of God. People who don't belive this may nevertheless use the title out of respect, but it is a flagrant violation of freedom of speech, conscience, and religion to compel the use of this title for nonbelievers. Your beliefs and behavior suggest adherence to a fundamentalist and authoritarian belief system; you're throwing stones from a glass house.
Incidentally, this is why Islam is relevant to this thread. The idea that being trans is an innate attribute of the person is faith-based. It is not grounded in science, or even widely-accepted social convention. As I've said repeatedly, there is a stark difference between recognizing diversity of expression vis-a-vis biological sex and believing that such diversity indicates a misaligned gender identity and/or the condition of being born in the wrong body.
The only people I've ever heard make the last point of yours in tragic cases of child pregnancy are extremely religious rightwing men so heartlessly patriarchal and misogynistic that they don't have an ounce of compassion for little girls who've been the victim of rape.
Deal???
Ooh! I found the loser misogynist incel! Do I win anything?
